Outstanding staff recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner, and also helped me get a cart AM.
Pros:

Plain yogurt was good. Coffee was good.
The egg dishes were not warm, and ask your chef to devise a better hot breakfast menu.
More fruit would be good.

Cons:

Price was high for my stay; other similar hotel options were $50 lower a night. Stayed one night as I was traveling by car to a new city and needed the rest.
