Categories

Cleanliness
6.5
Mixed signals: several guests praised cleanliness and tidy rooms, but others reported a very dirty/unwashed carpet and noted they would not walk barefoot in the room.
Service
9.3
Strong positive sentiment: multiple mentions of welcoming, helpful and professional staff, manager praised for hospitality and specific staff (Mr Abbas) called out for helpfulness; a few isolated lapses (luggage handling) noted.
Location
8.2
Generally positive: described as a very good/memorable location and near The Avenue mall; several guests explicitly called the location 'مميز' or 'beautiful'.
Room Quality
7
Mixed: rooms described as comfortable and tidy by many, with occasional upgrades, but the hotel is noted as old by one guest and some found the bathroom layout cramped.
Amenities
7
Mixed: parking and meeting facilities appreciated by guests, but some amenity/service issues (no luggage assistance for one guest, no live egg station despite payment) lowered sentiment.
Value for Money
6.5
Below-average: several complaints about unexpected extra charges (e.g., 100 SAR for a bed), perceived discrimination over included breakfast services, and at least one reviewer stating it did not feel like a 5-star experience.
Food and Beverage
6
Weak-to-mixed: a number of guests described food as average and raised issues with breakfast service (no live station for some guests, perceived restrictions), though others did not complain about F&B.
Overall Experience
7.9
Generally positive overall: many guests thanked staff, said they'd return or recommend the hotel, and reported enjoyable stays; a minority had significant negative experiences that pulled the score down.
