Easy to use, comfortable and nice people.
Bit of a delay checking in as weren’t enough office staff around. By when they could attend, were very helpful.

I could see the rooms are being updated which is great
Checking in took almost an hour - they only had 1 person on the desk at check in time and there was no urgency at all which was as bit confusing given the amount of the people in the line.
It was lovely and we had a great time unfortunately due to a family situation we left early and missed out on our breakfast

Close to town, comfy
Wifi doesn’t connect to tv so you can only watch satellite even though there are other options. The heat pump turned cold middle of the night and in the morning
My Children and I enjoy almost everything
We were told our breakfast was included when checking in , We had the breakfast buffet explained to us . On the third day we were approached by a very rude staff member saying our meals were not included . After she had gone away to triple check she was right , she later came back and told me not to worry about it . All solved she said , well this was very incorrect. As soon as we left I was sent an invoice for all of our breakfasts meals. Ive since called the receptionist 3x to sort this matter but seem to always be directed to voice mail . This hotel is still sending me the same invoice 1month later demanding a response from me . Without responding to my calls , very confusing and very disappointing after a wonderful stay.

Pool was great - heaps of fun with a 6 year old. Having a restaurant on site was also great. Staff were very friendly and parking outside our room was perfect.
It was very cold walking through the connecting hallways to the pool - they could be kept warmer as it was freezing walking back to the room when we were wet. The only other thing was I found a used cotton bud in the room which was gross.
The range of amenities - tennis court, indoor pool, gym, squas court.
The reasonable price.
Slowish service in the restaurant and dry chicken.
