Pros:

I like the entrance and the pool.but the bad rooms things falling apart not good needscan update.so much dust in the room had to move rooms and still was like this horrible

Was a good deal per money, there's a few things in the service that could improve
Pros:

The motel has good facilities has everything you need. The indoor pool is a great bonus on winter and the option to include breakfast.

Cons:

Halls are a bit noisy at sometimes disturbing the peace within the room. Room cleaning service system could be better. Restaurant booking system also could be better, I try to book no response, reception attempted but did not got confirmation/rejection, waited, just when presented to the restaurant got notice that did not have a booked table, had to find out a place to eat, very disappointed.

We had a comfortable sleep but disappointed with service.
Pros:

Comfy bed, nice room. Easy check in and check out.

Cons:

Disappointing - bar area. Waited about 15 minutes for one drink and then found out they didn’t have the ingredients to make it. Bar area was messy and seemed very understaffed. The function seemed to take priority over guests. Hot chips - way overpriced, $10 for a tiny wee saucer of chips.

Reliable accommodation Masterton
Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms, with modern bathrooms.
Great parking, always busy with very good restaurant and bar. Reasonable prices.

Comfy bed, good for a night. No Microwave in room
Pros:

Nice and close, on site for a symposium we were attending.
Comfortable beds.
Spa was nice but very small and everyone had to take turns which was awkward at times.

Cons:

We thought there was a sauna too but there wasn’t which was a shame.
Also would have loved a game of squash if only I’d known there was a squash court!
No microwave was annoying, I had to eat my breakfast cold, shower was fiddly and we had to ring reception because it wouldn’t snap out of bath mode into shower mode.
Dated in places, abit expensive for what it was.

Excellent stay and looking forward to revisiting
Pros:

Visited with my 3 boys who had a great time. They enjoyed the facilities and the food.
The staff were very accommodating and genuinely friendly and helpful
