Decepcionados considerando costo-calidad

La ubicación, tamaño de la habitación y de la cama y el personal muy amable

Cons:

La primera habitación que nos dieron era oscura, los muebles y cortinas estaban manchados y los vidrios y baños no estaban tan limpios. Pedimos que nos cambiaran la habitación con más luminosidad y la segunda habitación era mejor y estaba más limpia. Nos decepcionó el estado de los muebles y alfombras del hotel considerando el valor del mismo.

piscina temperada falta mantenimiento

No advirtieron, a pesar de que pregunté antes, si estaban funcionando las piscinas y la exterior estaba en mantenimiento por toda mi estancia. Tampoco se podía ir a tomar sol. Además la piscina temperada se ve descuidada y el horario para los niños hasta las 18:00 hrs. no se respeta. (siguen hasta pasado esa hora. Y lo otro es que cuando fuimos a la piscina temperada no tenían gorras de cortesía (desechables) y me cargarían $6000 por cada gorra . Insistí que debieran tener de cortesía y finalmente me "prestaron gorras " por mi estadía" .
La atención muy lenta en la terraza . No hay suficiente personal entre semana .
Siento que por el precio, no estuvo 100% a la altura.
