L’emplacement est parfait pour les touristes. Proche du métro, beaucoup de restaurants autour. Endroit sécuritaire. L’hôtel est muni d’un ascenseur. Les chambres sont propres.

Cons:

Les chambres, bien que propres, manquent d’entretien. La première chambre qu’on a eue, avait une tablette arrachée, papier peint décollé, robinetterie branlante, poubelle brisée. On nous a changé de chambre qui était beaucoup mieux.

Pros:

El Hotel bien un poco antiguo, pero bueno limpio. Tuvimos un inconveniente porque hicimos la reserva y resultó un fraude. El el señor administrador con un español entendible. Nos ayudó y nos dejó ubicar una noche y ahí buscamos otro hotel para estar las otras dos noches. Pero si recomendación poner mucho cuidado porque la reservas son falsas e incluso creo que no me devolvieron el dinero. Tengo que revisar con Booking

Le site n’est pas sécurisé. Il avait été piraté et ma réservation n’avait pas été considérée .

Comfortable, clean hotel well located at reasonable price.
Pros:

Friendly receptionist, Air conditioning, Clean comfortable and quiet room. Parking close to hotel. Possibility to leave luggage after checkout while visiting Paris. Great location.

Cons:

The paintwork in the room and bathroom could do with a few touch-ups.

Séjour très décevant.
400 € pour 2 nuits et une chambre dans un état discutable : sanitaires peu propres à l’arrivée, paroi de douche cassée, robinet incomplet, tapisserie abîmée.
Nuit inconfortable (température dans la chambre) et aucune solution proposée malgré un passage à la réception.
Le plus regrettable reste la gestion de la réclamation : réponses désinvoltes, notamment « Vous êtes dans un 3 étoiles, pas un palace », « Juridiquement, la chambre était fonctionnelle » ou encore « Le chantage aux commentaires ne fonctionne pas… la diffamation est un délit ». Aucun geste commercial proposé.
