Har været på dette hotel flere gange. Der er en rigtig god restaurant. Bus til Heraklipn og lufthavn lige ude foran døre

L'emplacement est idéal à la fois proche de la ville d'Heraklion et de la plage accessible à pieds.
Petits commerces et restaurants à proximité.
Très bon restaurant au sein même de l'hôtel.
Personnel très gentil.

Cons:

Le manque de place dans le parking...
Mais un parking proche pas très loin.

L'accueil👍, il y a un ascenseur 👍, chambre superbe 👍.
Il y a un restaurant "Maxim" très joli intégré à l'hôtel où vous prenez le petit déjeuner assez varié et si vous ne voulez pas aller loin pour dîner, choix varié à la carte aux tarifs très corrects et service top
La piscine n'ouvre qu'à 10h 🥺, de + musique assez forte, il serait bien de se reposer dans le silence absolu.
Il y a un bar, un billard, un babyfoot, bcp de transats autour de la piscine et sur l'herbe.
Le soir un peu de bruit si votre chambre donne sur la piscine fermé la fenêtre.
Pour se rendre à la mer, il faut emprunter un chemin sauvage mais goudronné sur 700 mètres.

Le personnel de réception et la barmaid de la piscine sont très accueillants, restaurant excellent rapport qualité prix grâce au menu , très bon petit déjeuner, sauf le chocolat et le cappuccino défectueux, plage à 5 minutes à pied par une route calme

Cons:

La chambre a été régulièrement remplie de moustiques, au rez de chaussée il y a eu la musique du bar tard , même après la fermeture officielle , et le matin réveil par les femmes de ménage et la musique du personnel pour l’installation du petit déjeuner , le menu du restaurant est prévu d être servi jusqu à 22h00, mais a 20h20, on nous a dit que ce n était pas possible , il a fallu négocier , barman peu sympathique

Kameralny hotel, przemila obsługa, czyste pokoje, bardzo dobrze dzialajaca klimatyzacja, dobre sniadania w bardzo klimatycznej tawernie. Basen z barem i muzyka :) Do plazy 5 min spacerem.

Budget hotel in a nice location, but I would definitely pay more for a better experience.
Pros:

The location was quite nice, it was close to the beach. The room had AC which was really nice. The pool was clean and nice.

Cons:

We wanted a room with a double bed but we got a room with two single beds that were pushed together which was really uncomfortable. The wifi was not working properly. When they came to clean the room, they didn’t even bother changing the linen, they just fixed the bed and left, literally noting else. The breakfast was 5/10, not enough options, and it was only available between 8 and 10, if you came at 9:30 you would be scolded by the staff and they would tell you to come back even earlier tomorrow, I shouldn’t have to wake up at 8 in a holiday. They have this 'water saving' policy where they only change your towels once every 3 days, and you need to pay extra if you want to change them more frequently.

΄Ηταν μία σύντομη αλλά όμορφη απόδραση, μας άφησε πολύ θετικές εντυπώσεις, θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε!
Pros:

- Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, χαμογελαστό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό.
- Καθαρό ξενοδοχείο, ωραίος ο χώρος της πισίνας.
- Εστιατόριο προσεγμένο, με πολύ ωραία κουζίνα.

Cons:

- Καλό θα ήταν να υπήρχε ένα καλαθάκι απορριμάτων στο δωμάτιο και μία μικρή απλώστρα με λίγα μανταλάκια στο μπαλκόνι (υπήρχε μόνο ένα σχοινί)
- Ο χώρος του parking ήταν άβολος στο να ξεπαρκάρεις.

Celkově byl pobyt dobrý, člověk jede k moři a ne trávit čas na hotelu. Okolí není nijak zvláštní.
Pros:

Milý personál. Příjemný bazén. Pravidelný úklid, výměna ručníků, velmi čisto.

Cons:

Velmi měkké postele, nevím, jaký je rozdíl mezi jednolůžkovým pokojem a pokojem superior, který jsem objednala. Musela jsem pokoj měnit, protože první byl do rušné ulice, což u superior být nemělo. Velmi malá koupelna, kde se nedá nic položit, dveře zasahovaly do sprchy, jak byl prostor malý. Snídaně velmi jednoduché a stejné po celý týden, teplý bufet (asi 4 možnosti) se střídal.

All in all, great value for the money.
Pros:

- good location, close to the beach
- staff was nice and helpful
- they let us in our room earlier than required, which was helpful because we had an early flight and we were tired
- their restaurant serves really good food
- the pool

Cons:

- we had noisy neighbours on our floor, it was quite annoying how they were screaming and smashing the doors, but this is not the hotel's fault
