Good stay!
Pros:

£68 for a room for 2 people was a no brainer before an early morning flight from Luton. Brilliant stay all things considered. Good air con on a hot day!

Cons:

Friendly staff, clean but cafe closed and only breakfast offered on room service.
Pros:

Location was great - just off M1 and next to petro pumps. Room was fine, staff excellent. But I had expected a cafe/restaurant as stated on website but it was closed. Got a sandwich from garage but not the same. Breakfast was room service and very good.

Will be in the hotel in the future without a doubt it is the best in all aspects.
Pros:

We were in a room initially but it's air conditioning was faulty but I'm so happy with the service that the lovely lady on the reception was the best and moved us into a new room with the quality facilities. Best hotel in Luton and that's coming from a man who has been in a lot of hotels in Luton and I have HORROR STORIES IN ABUNDANCE FOR THE REST!!

Didnt get breakfast

Cons:

Food was terrible. Option was a chicken burger or beef burger....chicken burger made us sick. Beds were very old. Room was grubby, moved the beds and under beds hadnt been cleaned in years. Carpets in hall were ripped, stained & full of burn marks. Funny spell in room like there was an air freshner in the AC to mask the bad smell in room. Not a pleasant place.
