The bed was very uncomfortable
Clean & tidy looks like new carpets
Good parking. Good price & convenient for my needs
The hotels only positive was that the bed was comfortable
The room was at 28 Degrees when we arrived, the AC worked well but would only come on for 30 minutes at a time meaning we couldn't maintain the room. The shower head was floppy and wouldn't maintain it's position. The re was a bottle of drink left by a previous occupant by the side of the bedside cabinet. Finally, whilst I realise it's out of the hotels direct control, we had very loud cars revving and popping and banging for hours during the night, and fireworks around midnight from one of the neighbouring houses. Suffice to say, I will never be back.
A nice hotel
Breakfast finished at 9am
comfy beds, walk in shower, luggage rack
Easy accessible
Staff very good
Rooms are clean but very tired
The whole place needs a makeover
I might be expecting too much for the money
I was given a room with 2 single beds for myself and my husband yet I paid for a double bed
Staff were friendly.
I was given a front facing room. I didn’t sleep ALL night! Sound of constant traffic and car alarms was constant.
Parking was complimentary. Location was easy to find and the rate was good for a last minute booking (possible red flag!). The hotel had working lifts which is always a bonus! Aircon was good once it had time to get going.
Easily the worst wifi I've experienced in over 40 years of staying in hotels. It connected once for all of 10 seconds and then never again. It's 2026. Wifi is one of THE most basic things that customers are looking for. Sort it out or don't profess to offer free wifi as you could well be done under trades descriptions. An interesting aspect was the toilet. An adult bowl yet a child toilet seat. There was a good 1-2- inches of porcelain viewable around the outside of the edge of the seat.
