Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean !

Cons:

The tub drain was broken, the shower curtain rod had pulled away from the wall and was hanging down and the tub faucet would not shut off ! Also no microwave in room.

Cons:

We were traveling with our adult son and assume that a sweet room meant that there was a separate room where our son could have some privacy where we have now realized that Hampton Inn just calls a big room a suite room, which we found very misleading and not accurate to the terminology of what a sweet room is.

Pros:

The staff her was so kind and helpful. They made me feel super welcomed! I always appreciate things like this being away from home.

Cons:

The staff was awesome! They all acknowledged my autistic daughter and were very kind to here. This is always something I struggle with being in public. She is very active and some people treat her like a problem child but the staff were all telling me not to apologize and they assured me she was ok.

We only needed to stay one night for a competition in downtown St. Louis, room smelled bad

Beautiful location with several surrounding shops, secure parking, indoor pool, variety of pillow types, spacious room size

Cons:

$10/day to park, our room had an unpleasant odor upon arrival, no vapor fan in the bathroom, no closet space with hangers or ironing board, no microwave in room
