Pros:

We did not have to ask for anything, we had everything we needed as soon as we arrived. The staff was always friendly. We could walk to multiple restaurants and cafes.

Roughing it with the bed bugs
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Room had bed bugs (gave sample to manager). Sheets weren't clean the day we checked in, sinks stopped up, cheap toilet paper

Love it. Will be back.
Pros:

I loved that it was a nice big room with plenty of room for us and the kids to move around. Very clean and comfy. Fabulous breakfast. My son LOVED the waffle station and all the toppings. I loved that they had more breakfast seating to open when the main one got full. The pool was so fun and the location was perfect. Staff was so wonderful and professional.

Can’t think of any issues.

Great stay, great service, great fun!
Pros:

Our stay was exceptional! From the friendly staff who checked us in and told us about local events and places to go to the amazing breakfast, the pool and the comfortable room. Everything was great!

Be careful they will add fees, witnessed this happening to multiple guests. Not worth the price.
Pros:

Breakfast was acceptable. Room was clean

Cons:

Hidden Fees, hard bed, very soft pillows (no support), towels that feel like never touched softener, couch that was so uncomfortable could barely sit on. Front staff did the bare minimum. Pool so chlorinated that couldn't stay in the room because of vapor. Didn't use fitness center because was open to be fully viewed from hallway

Nice place to stay
Pros:

The beds were comfortable, clean, had additional sleeping arrangements with a file out couch even though when folded out it took up all the space by the tv where the table/desk was located. It had a microwave to cook food, breakfast was included. It had a tv although no menu of channels and couldn't get a guide to pop up so had to flip through the channels to find something to watch. Everything was clean and it was overall enjoyable. Oh and the main thing and reason we picked it close to the zoo which was the reason we were in Saint Louis can get there within a few minutes.

Cons:

The layout of the room could've been better the TV was facing away from all the furniture so you had to look sideways to see it. The freezer part of the fridge was a bit small not really the fault of the hotel it's a design issue. It wasn't expensive but paying to park in their parking lot for how much the room cost should've been free parking.

This is a nice clean place
Pros:

Everything was good I love the breakfast it was great. The room was nice and clean. But over all I love the building.

Cons:

People with frowns on their face .A smile will not kill you.Some of the staff needs to be more friendly some not all looks like they are having a bad day not knowing what the next person got going on or why they drive 2.5 hrs to St.Louis every month. I don't like bad ENERGY.
