Pros:

The employees were very friendly when you could find them. They had a nice selection for breakfast

Cons:

It wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The housekeepers either sweep things under furniture or don’t clean under it. I have pictures showing trash and food under a stool and under the bathroom sink in the room. The pillows were the pits. A total of four pillows and it didn’t feel like we even had one.

Perfect location for Forest Park activities; park, zoo, planetarium, museums, etc., and close to mat
Pros:

Perfect location for a family birthday celebration in South St.Louis. Liked the convenient parking.

Cons:

We had a terrific view of downtown, towards the east; however window was very dirty.

Pros:

We did not have to ask for anything, we had everything we needed as soon as we arrived. The staff was always friendly. We could walk to multiple restaurants and cafes.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Room had bed bugs (gave sample to manager). Sheets weren't clean the day we checked in, sinks stopped up, cheap toilet paper

Love it. Will be back.
Pros:

I loved that it was a nice big room with plenty of room for us and the kids to move around. Very clean and comfy. Fabulous breakfast. My son LOVED the waffle station and all the toppings. I loved that they had more breakfast seating to open when the main one got full. The pool was so fun and the location was perfect. Staff was so wonderful and professional.

Can’t think of any issues.

Pros:

Our stay was exceptional! From the friendly staff who checked us in and told us about local events and places to go to the amazing breakfast, the pool and the comfortable room. Everything was great!
