Super Hotel für Familien (mit Kleinkindern kein Zimmer zum Square nehmen)
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Insgesamt schöne und gepflegte Anlage. In Verbindung mit der Maro World perfekt für Familien.

Cons:

Jeden Abend gibt es von 19:45-22:30 Live Musik im Innenhof. Die Musik ist wirklich toll. Nur leider viel zu laut und zu spät wenn das Zimmer zu dem Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenster war die Musik super laut. Unser Kind konnte kaum einschlafen dabei.

Fantásticas instalaciones, mejorable el check-out
Pros:

Las instalaciones para niños son increíbles: miniclub, camas elásticas, toboganes, salas de gaming… Está genial. Es cierto que algunas instalaciones se comparten con otros hoteles cercanos y, especialmente por la noche, pueden estar bastante saturadas, pero aun así nos parecieron fantásticas. Tanto el desayuno como la cena buffet estuvieron también muy bien. Repetiríamos.

Cons:

No nos gustó que el check-in fuese a partir de las 14:00/15:00 y el check-out tuviera que hacerse a las 10:00 de la mañana, dejando muy poco margen incluso para desayunar. La noche anterior solicitamos poder salir una hora más tarde y nos sorprendió que a las 10:10 ya estuvieran llamando a la puerta de la habitación para que la dejásemos.
La forma de gestionarlo nos resultó bastante desagradable y nos dejó una mala impresión al final de una estancia que había sido muy buena. Tuve la sensación de que el hecho de haber solicitado salir una hora más tarde hizo que estuvieran especialmente pendientes de nuestra habitación. Creemos que este tipo de situaciones podrían gestionarse con algo más de amabilidad y flexibilidad por parte de recepción.

Tout ! La piscine, le buffet, le parc de jeux, les animations du soir, la facilité avec laquelle aller dans la vieille ville avec le bus direct...bref un super séjour dans un superbe lieux parfait pour les familles !

Valamar complex on Babin Kuk is perfect choice for a calm family vacation.

Valamar hotels on Babin Kuk is great as always. Top service.

Cons:

Had a little problem with parking in front of the Hotel, but with a quick reaction by manager and receptionist, everything was solved quick.
