Pros:

After traveling Africa for many years I can honestly say that pezula nature retreat is the single best hotel I have ever stayed at .
The facilities, the cleanliness and the decor is world class .
The staff however make the stay truly exceptional. Every single member of staff are professional, friendly and could not do enough.
I do hope those in charge appreciate how amazing all the staff are.
We will most definitely be back

Amazing hospitality and servive
Pros:

Excellent place for the family, safe, quite and have great facilities and easy access to different experiences like hiking and golf.

Most inportant, the team there is very supportive, for example, Nkosi helped me plan my full trip in the garden route with a detailed itinerary. They go above and beyond in their hospitality and service
