Everything. The food, rooms, jacuzzi, spa, room service!! Top notch

One thing to improve is if you could reply to messages promptly. In my case, the replies took a long time to get a response

Great place ! With great atmosphere, you come back rejuvenated.
Pros:

Great for your mental health. I liked the wellness center so much .. heated pool , sauna, steam room and spa programs! The place is stunning !

Cons:

Didn’t like the fact that workers they “expect “ you to tip. I’ve never seen a hotel with such thing. I was even lazy to go for dinner, because they will look you otherwise if you don’t tip. A slip with a tip option in a hotel ?

Relaxing stay in a stunning location
Pros:

Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Beautiful setting. Hotel has great activities such as the beach visit with a picnic.
The staff are very helpful: I asked for a small canister of almond milk for the room and they brought a whole pack.

Cons:

The room we stayed in had carpet which smelt bad. The hotel rooms need a bit of TLC as does the spa. Was not impressed with the level of cleanliness in the rooms nor in the restaurant buffet area - everything was a little bit grimy and sticky.

Excellent!!
Pros:

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff were excellent, and the lady from the chocolate shop truly went out of her way to put together a beautiful gift set for my daughter’s 30th birthday. We really appreciated the effort and special attention — it made the occasion even more memorable.

Great room great golf shocking hotel service and restaurant t

The welcome was beyond shocking
Had driven 6 hours to be met by indifference and dismally inept staff
Waited 45 mins to get to room
No one knew what was going on
The onsite restaurant is terrible
I cannot believe this is even allowed to operate - the lack of service and shocking food was a major let down

For the money inpaid to stay here- the room and amenities should be up to standard

Cons:

No hot water in the room- asked lady at reception, she said she would send someone, no one came.
No bath tub plug in bath die to water crisis but was never i formed about it when i booked.
Roof was leaking, made the floors and table wet in the room.

A little piece of heaven in Knysna
Pros:

Everyting- perfect place to relax and recharge, while exploring the Garden Route. The room and hotel are exceptional, so is the whole staff, always welcoming and with a beautiful smile! We would definitely like to be back!
