We were thoroughly looked after.
The hotel staff were very friendly; they helped us with everything and were happy to answer all our questions.
We arrived early; we’d let them know in advance, and we were able to check into our room just after 10 o’clock in the morning.
Breakfast was very generous, and dinner at the Promessa restaurant was a real culinary journey.
The restaurant staff were also very friendly; everyone was always smiling and had a kind word for everyone.
The beach is a 3-minute walk away, and on the way there are plenty of small shops where you can buy water, ice lollies and fruit.
The castle is a 5-minute walk away, and from there you can explore all the other sights on foot.
The hotel’s roof terrace offers a magical view of the whole city; we went up at all times of day to see what the city looked like, and it was always beautiful.

Hotel byl naprosto senzační, krásný výhled z balkonu, pohodlná postel, skvělá čistota. Kdybychom jeli do Malagy znovu, určitě se ubytujeme zde. K moři 2 minutky chůze, do centra 5 minutek. Vše v nebližším dosahu.
Skvělý personál, který i bez naší znalosti angličtiny s námi dokázal vše vykomunikovat. Objednali jsme si i přes hotel taxi zpět na letiště za dobeou cenu. Prostě naprostá spokojenost....
L' hotel molto bello e con tutti i servizi. Ubicato ottimamente di fronte al porto turistico ricco di ristoranti e negozi. A 3 Min dalla spiaggia La Malagueta e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico pedonale. Ottima colazione. Lo consiglio vivamente.
Destacar la gentileza del personal que han sido muy amables y resolutivos en todo momento, al igual que la situación del hotel que es increible al estar al lado de la playa y el puerto, cerca del paseo con el que se llega rapido al centro.

Très bon hôtel. Très bien placé, à seulement 400 m de la plage Malagueta. Il y a un arrêt de taxi juste à cote. Pour le déplacement en bus, il y a des arrêts pas loin. L'hôtel est très proche de la plaza de toros, du centre Pompidou et du muelle uno. Le personnel est sourient et très respectueux. Hôtel très propre. Le personnel pour le service du petit déjeuneur est super efficaces et gentils. Le lit super., la chambre géniale. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour y volveré!!!
Une petite chose que peut être améliorée est le petit déjeuneur (plus varié). Les immobiliers des chambres les moderniser.

Near to the city center, near to the shopping street, near to the beach, near to the port, near Alcazaba & Gibralfaro. Paid parking possibility in a public parking garage. Stores & good restaurants are few steps from the hotel.
Balcony without chairs? From our side... no nice view... only the street....
The location was wonderful-close to the Alcazaba and Castillo. Easy to walk to the center (museums, restaurants and bars) as well as to the beach and port. The breakfast was good and staff was very professional and friendly. Walking through the park was also a plus each day.
A room with ocean view, but we knew we had a view of the castle/mountains so it was fine.
