Bello , centrale e ben servito, ma da rivedere in qualche aspetto

Vicinanza della struttura alle principali fermate metropolitane , e montparnasse quartiere tranquillo e ben servito, le stanze abbastanza spaziose sono dotate di bollitore e macchina caffè i letti e cuscini sono comodi, cinsono erogatori di acqua filtrata in ogni piano

Cons:

La reception consiste in due deck all interno del bar / sala colazione ...spesso ti ritrovi a fare colazione in mezzo alle valigie di chi fa il check in -out...la sala colazioni non é adeguata come capienza al numero di clienti ospitati....
Purtroppo gli spazi comuni sono troppo esigui .
La zona fitness é inesistente, le foto presenti nel sito non corrispondono a realtà, nessun attrezzo era presente durante il soggiorno. O forse erano in assistenza, ma cmq non ne abbiamo usufruito....
Da rivedere la modalità del pagamento della colazione , abbastanza elevato il prezzo 21€, ti dicono però che i bambini sino ai 16 anni che viaggiano con te non pagano, invece poi ti ritrovi un addebito di 9.80€ per ciascuno
Sarebbe far pagare subito il servizio per non avere sorprese dopo

Ar condicionado patético !!! Mês mais quente em Paris e o ar condicionado ridículo !!! Reclamei e disseram o que um francês diria , “está bom e é assim mesmo “
Antipaticos é soberbos .
Em minhas últimas visitas a Paris sempre fiquei em NOVOTEL , nunca mais ficarei .
Sem contar o dia que não arrumaram o quarto !!!!! Sim é verdade ..
Reclamei , e me mandaram ir pegar duas toalhas .
Espero que essa reclamação os coloque no seu devido lugar , avaliação pessima .
O departamento de recursos humanos deveria ser trocado .
