Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji w upalne dni to jakais dramat. Niefunkcjonalne pokoje, z brakiem szafy, brak gniazdka w łazience, i funkcjonalnych półek. Lodówka zamiast chłodzić to grzała. Otwarte WiFi nie dawało bezpieczeństwa.

Unfortunately, nothing. The lack of air conditioning, the presence of insects, and the poor handling of guest concerns made our stay extremely disappointing.

Cons:

What I did not like was the complete lack of guest comfort and the poor handling of a serious issue. The air conditioning was not working despite being advertised as a standard facility, and we later learned that other guests had been experiencing the same problem before our arrival. There were also insects in the rooms, making it impossible to rest properly. As a result, we spent much of the night in the lobby instead of in the rooms we paid for.

We booked seven rooms and did not receive the level of accommodation that was promised. For this reason, I am requesting fair compensation for the inconvenience, discomfort, and disruption caused during our stay, and I will continue to pursue this matter until it is resolved appropriately.

I liked the hotel's location. It might not be very close to the center, but it was in a good area.

Cons:

When we first entered the room, it was hot, the air conditioning wasn't working, so I called reception. They said it would be activated after 9 pm. When we left the room and returned at 11 pm, the air conditioning still wasn't working. I went down to reception and explained the problem. They said it was a general problem, that there was no technical staff available at the time, and that there was nothing they could do. We couldn't sleep because of the heat. Thankfully, the weather cooled down a bit in the following days. Also, the rooms could have been cleaner.

Excellent modern central hotel with great cuisine
Pros:

Very convenient location, extremely friendly staff, superb cuisine (I only dined there once but it was excellent) comfortable rooms, well stocked free minibar.

Cons:

The modern bathrooms (ie with the washbasin in the bedroom) may not be to everyone’s liking. It was fine for me.
