シャワーさえ快適ならリピートします。

予約時、メールでのやり取りでとても早く良い対応をしてくださいました。

シャワーの温度調節が難しく、子ども達には不満だったようです。カードキーも人数分とは言いませんが2枚は欲しかったです。駐車場の精算機には蜘蛛の巣に蜘蛛が在宅でした泣

Pros:

The hotel had everything you needed. Perfect location for the airport with frequent shuttles.

Cons:

The staff at the front desk were rude and inhospitable. It was a shame as it was our last stay in Japan. There were also no support with our baggage (and we had a lot of it!). So we ended up having to carriage it all in two goes up many floors. Not once did the staff offer to help.

Cons:

The Shuttle bus driver. i was with the toddler crying bag left and right plus 1 stroller . the old man didn’t help me at all atlease the stroller to put inside the bus. no he said i do it by myself so frustrating. Number 2 is the front staff! he can speak english but he never listened what i’ve said.
