Perfektion
Pros:

Absolut fantastisch. Alleine schon die Lage hervorragend. Außergewöhnliches parkähnliches Anwesen. Frühstück top. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Es gab überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln.

Disappointment!
Pros:

Location. Free parking. Breakfast.

(We were two adults, travelling with two small dogs)

Great disappointment! We had booked the juniorsuite with a lovely terrass, as shown in their photos, but could'nt use the sunchairs as they were dirty, rusty and full of birdshit. The table and chairs dirty and rusty. We had to call for somebody to clean them. The waterbottles were supposed to be free of charge only there was none. The bedside lamp did not work. The tissuebox in the bathroom empty. Coffe missing from the tray. Sugarpacks opened.
Not even real glass but papercups in the bathroom.
The aircondition was too loud, you need earplugs to be able to sleep.
Pasta was ok (salvia) but the fish dry and tasteless. Poor service and could barely understand or speak English. Had to ask twice for the coffee. Nobody asked if we were satisfied or wanted more to drink.
We expected a high standard being a fourstar hotel, but it was overpriced and very disappointing. The lovely surroundings were overshadowed by the abysmal and poor standard.
Last but not least, the toiletseat was too small to fit the actual toilet - it flushed in between and landed on the floor, disgusting.
We do not recommend this hotel!

Toller aufenthalt für ein paar Tage.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat eine top Lage jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen . Eine Renovierung wäre notwendig. (zb. Bad Renovierung)
