Pros:

tutto perfetto, abbiamo anche cenato nel loro ristorante e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. posizione perfetta per i ns fabbisogni, colazione molto varia ed abbondante con tanti prodotti freschi

Cons:

al mattino presto, ore 6,30 circa, ha iniziato a sentirsi un forte rumore, era il giardiniere che con un soffiatore puliva le zone di passaggio dalle foglie. ecco io aspetterei almeno le 9/9,30 per fare certi lavori di modo da non disturbare ci vuole restare a dormire un po di più

Heeft alle mogelijkheden om een aangenaam hotel te worden, maar dan moet er wel wat liefde in gestoken worden.
Pros:

Het balkon met uitzicht op het meer.
Het restaurant en ontbijtruimte zijn oké.

Cons:

Vergane glorie, gemeenschappelijke delen en kamer hebben dringend nood aan onderhoud. Lekken in de badkamer, meubels die beschadigd waren, lift en gang die dringend moeten geschilderd worden en tapijt in gang mag best eens vervangen worden. Lounge man een meer gezellige aankleding gebruiken, is nu kaal en wanordelijk. Personeel is correct maar kan vriendelijker.

Charming building within a great location.
Pros:

The property was in a dream location close to wine farms and the lake. The building was charming.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit bare, no pictures on the wall just one mirror. The lobby was kind of the same, not super inviting but we didn’t need to stay there anyways.

Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde.

Cons:

I bagni non troppo moderni. L assenza del bidet, la tenda di plastica nella vasca e il fatto che non venisse l acqua calda ma solo tiepida ha reso il mio soggiorno non del tutto ottimale.

Pros:

Hotel op mooie locatie. Ruime kamer had een fijn balkon en badkamer. Lift aanwezig. Bar mag niet gebruikt worden als er symposiumgasten zijn.

Cons:

Medewerkers aan de receptie zeer onvriendelijk. Voor een hotel van deze klasse was er een matig ontbijt zonder variatie. Voor congresgangers maakt het niet uit dat er 4 dagen achter elkaar dezelfde etenswaren op buffet worden gezet, maar voor gasten die een paar dagen blijven en genoeg betalen zijn koude pancakes of zoetigheden die dagelijks opnieuw op buffet staan geen aanbeveling.

Pros:

Nous connaissions l'hôtel sous une autre direction. C'est un magnifique établissement dans un beau grand parc. L'endroit est calme, reposant. Les lieux son plein de charmes. Le lac d'Iseo est à proximité. Le personnel est aimable et attentif. Le restaurant est maintenant toujours ouvert ce qui n'était pas toujours le cas sous l'ancienne gestion. Il faut bien sur disposer d'un moyen de transport.

Cons:

La salle de bain de la chambre que nous avons occupée est fonctionnelle mais un peu désuète.

Location bellissima, all'esterno molto curata. Camera spaziosa

Cons:

Ci sono delle zone, anche nelle aree comuni che hanno bisogno di più manutenzione, sono un pò datate, anche l'ascensore aveva qualche danno. La stanza, seppure spaziosa, aveva una lampada che non funzionava e neanche il riscaldamento.

Fantastiskt vackra omgivningar o läge! Mysigt o romantiskt boende o restaurang. Smidigt att komma med bil o perfekt utgångsläge för sightseeing runt intilliggande sjöar/byar

Cons:

Upplevde inte att personalen överlag matchade den ombonade o speciella känslan som stället i övrigt ingav. Ingen i receptionen som uppmärksammade/log/hälsade på passerande gäster. Och gästerna var inte många vid vårt besök. Lite mer uppmärksam och inbjudande personal hade fulländat vår vistelse!
