Bon emplacement pour visiter Cologne, mais un peu éloigné du centre. Très propre.
Pros:

J'ai aimé le confort et la propreté de la chambre, le fait que le néttoyage était fait chaque jour, pas de bruit, le personnel très aimable.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprecié le fait que les repas etaient relativement chers. Le petit dejeuner 20 euro. Une bouteille d'eau 5 euro.

Séjour plutôt agréable, la population allemande n'est pas des plus accueillante.
Pros:

Le parking est un plus non négligeable.
L'hôtel se trouve hors de la zone à faible émission et il y a un arrêt de bus à 1 pas.
La literie est confortable.
Le petit salon juste avant de rentrer dans la partie petit déjeuner/restaurant est agréable.
Le petit sachet de bonbons Haribo sur la couette, petite surprise qui nous a permis de nous questionner à savoir pourquoi, la réponse est sur internet concernant la firme Haribo.
Petit déjeuner bien le premier jour et ne regarde pas à l'heure même si vous dépassez de 15-20 minutes.
Personnel plutôt sympathique dans l'ensemble.

Cons:

Le ménage laisse à désirer, poussières, machine à café sale, papier de bonbon sous le lit, bonde de douche sale, c'est dommage car c'est un point négatif qui pourrait être évité.
Malgré le quatrième étage, l'environnement est plutôt bruyant (route à proximité, personnes qui parlent, porte à la sortie de l'ascenseur qui claque).
Il manquait pas mal de chose au petit déjeuner le deuxième jours, je précise : arrivé à 9h40 pour une fermeture à 10h30.

Buon hotel, camera spaziosa e pulita.
Pros:

Buona camera e servizi. Erano compresi degli omaggi di benvenuto, apprezzati. La camera era pulita e spaziosa.

Cons:

La posizione dell'hotel è leggermente fuori città, ma è okay. Non c'era un garage o un parcheggio interno per le bici, ma era solo all'esterno, in ogni caso non c'è stato nessun problema.

Es gab eine kleine Flasche Mineralwasser gratis auf dem Zimmer.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Leider lief auf Zimmer 106 das Wasser im Waschbecken nicht ab.
Es gab dort keine Nachttischlampen und unter dem Bett lag Abfall (Papierabfall).
Der Teppichboden unter dem Bett war nicht staubgesaugt.
Leider gab es nur eine Flasche Wasser für 2 Personen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet kostet pauschal 18 Euro. Wir frühstücken jedoch nicht ausgiebig, für uns war der Preis daher zu hoch. Es wäre schön, wenn man hier unter verschiedenen Frühstücksvarianten wählen könnte.
