After 11 pm they don't let you have beer out in the garden, that feels a little unnecessary.
Nice hotel in a good location facing Vincent Square. There is an outdoor courtyard under trees, which is very pleasant, and an excellent Indian restaurant next door that is part of the hotel. Walking distance to Victoria and Pimlico. The street along the edge of Vincent square is quiet and the area has a very calm feel, with lovely residential red brick mansion flats around the whole area and some nice pubs walkable from the hotel. Rooms are good; small but comfortable.
Bar or food service is painfully slow. They could do with more staff in this area.

Extremely rude staff and management. They told me it was wheelchair accessible, but their accessible entrance was a five minute walk from the main entrance, with no buzzer, a very steep staircase with a tiny lift and a dangerous angle that didn’t allow my scooter to fit. Then they got mad at me and told me I wouldn’t get a refund because I didn’t give them the measurements of my Scooter in advance.

Our toilet was running over the course of a whole day and into another another and we couldn’t flush which meant couldn’t use the bathroom and we had to ask 3 times before someone actually fixed it.
