Pros:

Lokalizacja; czystość w hotelu.

Cons:

Żeby dotrzeć do pokoju musiałem pokonać labirynt korytarzy i schodów. Pokój rodzinny dla 4 osób z rozkładaną sofą to jakaś porażka - bardzo, bardzo ciasno; nie ma gdzie się rozłożyć z rzeczami i średni komfort spania na sofie - poprzednio w tym hotelu miałem pokój 2 osobowy i był większy niż ten rodzinny. Trochę szkoda, że o wodę do picia trzeba prosić, a nie można jej sobie samemu napełniać.

Mărimea camerei, locația hotelului

Cons:

În camera 215 este destul de frig.

În prima zi am primit două sticle de apă de câte 1 litru: una de apă plată și una de apă minerală carbogazoasă.

În a doua zi, sticla de apă plată de 1 litru a dispărut și a fost înlocuită cu două sticle de câte 0,5 litri.

În a treia zi, a dispărut și sticla de apă minerală carbogazoasă, fiind lăsate doar două sticle de apă plată de câte 0,5 litri.

În ceea ce privește cafeaua, am primit două capsule de cafea decofeinizată și două capsule de cafea normală, dintre care una era deja folosită, iar cealaltă nefolosită.

Aceste schimbări de la o zi la alta, precum și temperatura scăzută din cameră, au fost aspecte neplăcute ale șederii.

Ne pas choisir une chambre triple
Pros:

L’emplacement exceptionnel à qqs minutes de Westminster dans un quartier très agréable très verdoyant et très calme

Cons:

La chambre double était bien, en revanche la chambre triple ( appartement ) était située en entresol ce qui n’était pas du tout précisé lors de la réservation
Très difficile de ventiler cette chambre et la salle de bains qui après 3 douches était une véritable étuve
En revanche la kitchenette très bien approvisionnée en thé café eau et petits biscuits
J’avais demandé par mail quel était le confort du canapé convertible
On m’avait assuré qu’il était très confortable ce qui n’était pas du tout le cas, un matelas très mince et un lit vraiment très peu confortable
La chambre était assez triste un peu sombre de par les murs gris et la moquette ( légèrement tachée )
La Clim juste posée sur un meuble donnait une impression de bricolage
Pour conclure, en regard du prix très élevé de cette chambre je suis plutôt déçue pour un hôtel de cette qualité

Il personale molto cordiale, disponibile ad aiutare, gentilissimo,quando abbiamo fatto checkout ci hanno chiamato il taxi più grande xchè avevamo 4 valigie,ci hanno aiutato a scendere le valigie.Mi è piaciuta la posizione in pieno centro che si può raggiungere a piedi il big ben, eccellente la pulizia giornaliera ed il servizio.
Inoltre mettono a disposizione in camera due bottiglie di acqua effervescente naturale e naturale, bollitore con bustine di caffè,thè, biscotti,si trova in camera il sapone con dosatore ,bagnoschiuma a disposizione sempre con dosatore,asse da stiro, ferro da stiro.Letto comodo con a disposizione due cuscini.Tutto perfettissimo!

Cons:

Le scale x arrivare nella holl e quindi in camera, credevo ci fosse uno scivolo x arrivare con le valigie e non fare le scale che tra l'altro x me che sono una disabile con mobilità ridotta è stata una brutta situazione

Excellent overnight stay, perfect for Victoria Palace Theatre visit.
Pros:

Great location for Victoria Palace theatre. Staff were friendly and all spaces were clean and comfortable. Nice large room with everything we needed and breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

Some areas in the room needed a bit of attention. The curtains on the window were a bit tatty and the curtain ties were loose and coming out of the walls. Other than that though, everything was great!

Air con set at 18 and was quite cold. Changed to 21 but still felt like it was blowing cold air out. Pricey for one night stay but the location is very good
