I really enjoyed this hotel. Ideal location, very quiet. Staff welcoming and relaxed.
Pros:

Welcoming and clean. Staff and housekeeping excellent.

Cons:

The shower screen could be improved. If it slid in the other direction it would be easier to access the bath.

Great location / comfortable accommodation
Pros:

It is very quiet in spite of being in the middle of Westminster. Easy to get to transport to take you anywhere you want.
The staff do everything they can to ensure you are happy and comfortable.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich, sehr angenehm und die zentrale Lage ist einfach top.

Die Lage des Hotels war wunderbar. Das Bett war völlig in Ordnung.

Cons:

Ich hatte extra noch ein Upgrate gemacht und angeblich sollte in dem Zimmer noch eine Sitzmöglichkeit sein. War aber nicht so, wie es auf ihrem Foto dargestellt war. Nach Rückfrage an der Rezeption wurde mir gesagt, dass das so gar nicht im Hotel vorhanden ist. Wahr schon komisch......

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. We also appreciated the quiet location, which made it easy to relax and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only downside was that the windows seem to be poorly insulated, so outside noise could be heard quite clearly, especially at night. Improving the soundproofing would make the stay even more comfortable.
