Comfy bed
My room was in the basement, and it was very difficult to find. A bit of a rabbit warren of a place
Great location, very quiet but super easy access to Victoria and Westminster.
Not much.
It was very thight to get into the bathroom. But beside that it was all very nice and comfy. Also the closet was big enough and enought hangers too.

Lovely Hotel, Staff were very polite and efficient. Lovely location, so quiet considering it was in London. Not too far to walk to Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. Food in the restaurant in the evening was very good. I did request a room with a walk-in shower and the hotel did provide that so that was appreciated. Overall a lovely hotel.
Bathroom was a bit small but only from the aspect of the toilet being very close to the towel radiator. Not an issue in the time we were there but may be in winter when the radiator is on could be tricky.
Lovely staff, location and room! It was our anniversary and my partner called and asked if there was anything they could do. They brought us a cake with fruit and a card which was free of charge. They even upgraded us which made the day even more memorable. The outdoor space was perfect to have a drink and chill before planning the day. 10 minute walk to station. Big Ben minutes away, We walked to Hyde park and it was 25 mins and you go past Buckingham palace. We will definitely be back! We had cocktails which were made with love and care, just don’t order if you’re in a rush, but they tasted amazing!

Die Dachfenster im Zimmer sind mit nicht lichtdicht schließenden Rollos ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer war im Dachgeschoss gelegen mit entsprechenden Dachschrägen. Zum Bettbereich war eine Bodenschelle als, wenn auch markierte, Stolperfalle vorhanden; einfach unangenehm und in Verhältnis zum Preis des Zimmers vollkommen unangemessen.
Die Reception hat falsche Angaben zur Verfügbarkeit von Aufzügen gemacht, Ein Kinderwagen musste mühevoll die Aussentreppe hinaufgetragen werden. Die Aussengastronomie hat bereits um 21.45 keine Getränke-Bestellung akzeptiert,
Near a park in a quiet neighborhood
Traveling with my 84 year old father. Booked him a single room, which required 26 steps and a different wing of the building. None of this was stated in advance. Staff and manager refused to accommodate him in a different room that didn’t require steps without a significant upgrades room fee, despite them having rooms available. I was shocked. He spent 3 days at the hotel hobbling up and down stairs with his cane just to get to his room.
Very tiny room for an 'Executive' room for a 4 star hotel, no space at all for luggages. multiple stairs and corridors. Looks like the building was not purpose built for a hotel. No access for disability .

Also, it is a very welcoming hotel, with a lovely outdoor entrance area, for breakfast, drinks and a bar menu; with a very cosy and comfortable sitting area around the reception/bar area.
