Loved the location and easy access to very good restaurants in the area. The Park Hyatt was excellent as usual and the breakfast was outstanding with a good mix of local and international food.

Thank you to the entire team at Park Hyatt Saigon for a wonderful stay. From arrival to departure, the service was consistently warm, polished, and genuinely attentive.

The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still offering a calm and elegant retreat. The property itself is beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere feels refined yet welcoming.

A special appreciation to the staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s vegetarian dietary preferences. Every interaction was handled with care and professionalism, which made us feel truly valued as guests.

Traveling as a family with children, we particularly appreciated the thoughtful service, comfortable accommodations, and the team’s willingness to assist with requests throughout our stay.

Park Hyatt Saigon delivers the level of hospitality, attention to detail, and guest care that luxury travelers hope for. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return on a future visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Our stay at Park Hyatt Saigon was amazing and truly made our first trip to Ho Chi Minh City unforgettable.

A special thank you to The at check-in, as well as to the lady who helped us during check-out (I believe her name was Te or Tu). Everyone was so warm and professional from start to finish. We arrived before 6:00 AM after a long trip, and she was kind enough to arrange an early check-in to a standard room so we could rest while waiting for our upgraded suite to be ready. As Hyatt Globalists, we also greatly appreciated the spacious suite upgrade and thoughtful welcome gift.

The bell service team was fantastic throughout our stay. They were always helpful with our luggage and greeted us with friendly smiles every time we came and went. Their kindness truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of.

Dinner at Square One was another highlight — the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Every staff member we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming.

The location is also great, just a short walk from the Opera House and many attractions in the city center.

We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Park Hyatt Saigon gave us such wonderful memories of Vietnam, and we would love to come back again someday.

This is the most impressive stay I’ve ever had at a Hyatt hotel. The housekeeping staff arranged the room beautifully and neatly. The food at the Opera restaurant was delicious and memorable. The hotel’s décor was so stunning that I didn’t even want to go back home. Truly worth every penny spent.

First I would like to recognize Ms. Hang and Ms. Xuan Anh for my seamless check in and stay every time I visit and stay at the Executive Suite. Ms. Quyen welcomed me back and processed my check in with her big smile. Thank you Mr. Tri Pham for your accommodation. During my stay this time I had one session at Xuan Spa to relax my muscles. I would like to also recognize Mr. Tri and Ms. Anh from Opera restaurant for always taking care of us and attentive during morning breakfast. Also, Ms. Nga from concierge is the best, she recommended me 3 local places that turned out to be hidden quality gems. Last but not least, final recognition to Mr. Vinh Quy for serving me well all these times. Thank you entire Park Hyatt Saigon team for everything you all do for repeat guests.

The Saigon Park Hyatt Hotel is wonderful. It’s comfortable, clean and classy. We’ve stayed here many times in the past and were here this visit (2026) for three weeks.

The hotel’s location is perfect and the people who work here are to a person very friendly and excellent service providers always looking to make your stay better. They make you feel special.

The hotel has very good restaurants (we will write a separate review of Square One). The large lobby lounge is really very nice and the smaller places in the hotel for lunch or drinks are also very pleasant.

The concierge people are special: Nga, Oanh and Nguyen and the others are always ready to help and indeed are very helpful. They helped us with restaurants, tours and other questions. Chu is a wonderful driver.

Most assuredly we will be back! This is a special place in a special city.

Wir waren zweimal in dem Hotel während unserem Vietnam Aufenthalt. Es war beide Male hervorragen. Bei meinem zweiten stay hatte ich die schlimmste Magen-/Darm Geschichte und das Personal war einfach so reizend zu mir, hat mir extra von der Küche magenfreundliche Kost gemacht. Ich konnte auch das Zimmer bis 18;00 verlängern, damit ich mich vor dem Rückflug noch ein wenig auskurieren konnte. Ich war einfach nur so dankbar für den tollen Support von allen Mitarbeitenden.
