I’ve stayed at a lot of top-notch hotels around the world, and while Park Hyatt Ho Chi Minh City is beautiful, this one won me over at breakfast!
Hotel is elegant colonial-style atmosphere. If you’re looking for that classic colonial charm, you will definitely appreciate this hotel.
But the breakfast was the real standout! There was so much to choose from at the buffet, and ordering from the menu is also included if you prefer something freshly prepared.
I asked our waiter if they could make me a vegetarian hủ tiếu xào (vegetarian stir-fried rice noodles) and I requested a smaller portion. He said, “Of course!” It was perfect!! packed with vegetables, and the rice noodles were sautéed to perfection. Honestly, it was the best hủ tiếu xào I’ve ever had!
And you absolutely have to try the coconut coffee. So delicious!
I’ve experienced many wonderful hotel breakfasts, but Park Hyatt’s breakfast really stood out to me. Best breakfast we had in Ho Chi Minh City!
Park Hyatt as expected was a 5 star hotel with good services and awesome room. The ambience was immaculate and the F&B were above expectations. Location was strategic and it was indeed one of the finest hotel stay for us.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. Stunning property and terrific globalist recognition. The kind folks there took great care of us. I want to give a special shout out to An Thị Ngọc Lan, who went out of her way to take great care of us and make our first time in HCMC special. Thank you, we will be back!!
Great location. Property is aged. Did not get the Vietnamese hospitality feel that I have gotten from other smaller hotels in my many trips to HCMC. I find better value and Vietnamese warmth from smaller 5 star hotels.
Most surprising for me that availability of Halal food options in breakfast..... this beyound my expectation
Limited options of Halal foods even the beef is halal, once the beef is halsl then your chef should try to make other beef dishes in meal eithet in breakfast. Lunch or room dine inn.
Tutto , non puoi trovare di meglio a Ho Chi min
Nulla , magari era troppo caldo fuori :)
Super hotel and great facilities.
The room bathroom doors couldn't be locked.
Outdated room carpets and furniture.
The pool is loosing the tiles, especially the area next to the bar.
Very clean , all three restaurants were very good. We loved Square One. Highly recommend. We had a suite and it was very well appointed with good amenities.
We had a fly in the room which was odd. There was very loud music coming in even at the higher floors. They might need to do some more sound proofing.
We enjoyed our 7-night stay at Park Hyatt Saigon, our fourth visit to the property. It continues to be our go-to hotel in Saigon for its excellent location, food, beautiful design, and elegant ambiance. Despite being in the middle of a bustling city, the moment you walk into the hotel, everything feels tranquil.
We booked our first night in a standard king room through AMEX Travel and our following six nights directly with the hotel so we could use a WOH suite upgrade. As the hotel was fully booked on our first night, we stayed in the standard room for one night before moving into a beautiful two-bedroom suite for the remaining six nights. The suite included a kitchen area and had a city view on the same side of the hotel as the main entrance. It was a wonderful amount of space for our longer stay. We also appreciated the very generous welcome amenity.
Breakfast continues to be one of the highlights of the hotel. There is an extensive buffet with breads, pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes, along with a separate menu where you can order additional dishes. We also used room service during our stay, and the food was good and arrived quickly.
The location is excellent. The hotel is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, sights, and shopping, making it very easy to explore the city without needing transportation for every outing. There are also many restaurants right in the area, so your dining options are endless.
Service throughout our stay was professional and consistent. After four visits, we continue to appreciate the combination of the hotel's setting, design, food, and overall atmosphere. A property in such a central location that feels so peaceful once you step inside.
We would happily return for a fifth visit and expect Park Hyatt Saigon will continue to be our preferred hotel when visiting the city.
Amazing service, truly in the top 5 bests service I’ve received for any hotel I’ve been at across the world, quite attentive but not too intrusive, just perfect.
Room was also amazing and pretty, location is insanely central too.
Service fee charges are a bit steep and service at the opera cafe can be slow at times .
I am a customer who has been using the Dine in Park membership card and maintaining my membership for approximately 4–5 years. Because I have had a positive experience with the program over the years, I have chosen to renew my membership again this time.
However, I am quite disappointed with the way the sales staff handling my consultation has acted on this occasion.
Due to my busy work schedule, I had discussed and arranged with the sales representative to meet in person to complete the renewal payment. During the consultation process, the staff was still communicating with me, but later they suddenly unfriended me and completely stopped responding, without any explanation.
I consider this to be an unprofessional and disrespectful way of handling a long-term customer. If, for any reason, they were unable to continue supporting me, I believe a clear notification or a proper handover to another staff member would have been a more appropriate approach, rather than unilaterally cutting off communication with a customer.
I sincerely hope that Dine in Park will look into this case and provide a clear response regarding the staff’s conduct, as I do not wish for a long-term customer like myself to have such an experience when continuing to renew the service.
I still value Dine in Park and the experiences I have had over the years, but I also hope that the quality of service and customer care will be consistent with the trust that long-term customers place in the brand.
Ein richtig schönes Grand Hotel!
Es war alles toll unser Zimmer das ganze Hotel, die Sängerin an der Pianobar sowie die zwei verschiedenen Restaurants. Vielen Dank
The hotel's decor is fascinating, the service was great, the breakfast was amazing, the room was beautiful and the location of the hotel is right at the center of the city.
I find the Bun Bo Hue and Pho in morning breakfast were very good as a local. However, the room was outdated and rundown. Attention to details needs improvement
