Disappointing
Pros:

Hotel is clean
Lovely room
Excellent air conditioning
Polite and helpful staff, some of the staff seem very new at hotel

Cons:

No hot water for half our stay due to major plumbing issue
Not as central to town centre as expected but only a short walk
Swimming pool area is depressing and needs upgrading

Die Lage war top, sehr zentral gelegen.
Parken auf der Straße gratis, da Wochenende
Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich
Nette Zimmerausstattung

Cons:

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht ( für ca.180 € pro Nacht besseres erwartet.
Frühstückspreis 21€ p.P. zu hoch
Für 15- 18 € in anderen 4- Sterne- Hotels mehr Auswahl und bessere Produkte angeboten bekommen.
Die Servicekräfte wirken im Frühstücksraum überfordert

A great place for a gathering with friends .
Pros:

A hidden gem with a very authentic French style . Antique elegance with every convenience , immaculately clean and very nice hardworking staff at hand.

Pros:

Le Grand Hôtel des Templiers est situé à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du centre ville de Reims.
L’hôtel est magnifique ; typique d’un ancien hôtel particulier (poutres apparentes, parquet, cour intérieure). Il dispose d’un restaurant, d’une piscine ainsi que d’un espace sauna.
Un parking se trouve sur place mais nous avons aisément trouvé de la place dans la rue les deux soirées.
Nous y avons apprécié le confort des chambres et l’amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Néanmoins, la salle de bain de la chambre 5 mériterait davantage d’entretien. La douche fuyait au niveau du bac, ce qui ne nous a pas permis de l’utiliser car il y avait de l’eau partout dans la salle de bain après chaque utilisation. En parallèle, l’eau du lavabo s’évacuait avec difficulté. C’est dommage car mis à part cet inconvénient, l’hôtel a vraiment du cachet.

Short Trip to Reims
Pros:

Very nice cozy and small hotel which brings a very local vibe. Very friendly and helpful staff, safe parking space within the property, A/C in the rooms and shades where highly appreciated.

Cons:

Be aware the main building is an old house and the wood will make sounds in the night and the walls/ceilings are soundwise rather thin. Anyhow as long as other visitors are not loud, it is all good.
