Great hotel well located to explore
Pros:

Staff were helpful and attentive and happy to recommend places to eat/visit
The room was lovely, large, fully accessible and very comfortable
Breakfast was varied
Hotel location was good for exploring Reims

Cons:

Cost for 1 dog at £30 per night is high
Car park charges for disabled driver with a Blue Badge goes against France general policy of Free parking for disabled

Large, reasonably comfortable room with excellent staff and historic charm.
Pros:

Exceptionally friendly and professional staff at check-in. The property has a great old elegance charm.

A/C was very weak in our large room.

Great little boutique hotel with lovely staff - perfect for a couple of days stay
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a perfect location - not too far to walk to restaurants and cathedral but not too close that its busy/noisy. Walk to Pommery is 35mins or so. Uber to Pommery is EUR12ish. Nice furnishings. Quiet, comfortable room.

Cons:

The pool was a little disappointing. It is completely indoors/enclosed - my fault, i had viewed the photos and saw it differently.

Suffisant pour dormir, mais une vraie rénovation s'impose
Pros:

L'emplacement tout près du centre ville et la climatisation sont fort appréciables.
La chambre est grande (très vieille mais grande)
La literie est confortable.

Cons:

L’hôtel est vraiment hors d'âge, avec des tissus tendus au mur, un volet roulant à sangle, le pommeau de douche principal (pas la douchette) qui vous inonde quand vous ouvrez l'eau.
L'ampoule du bureau diffuse une lumière chaude, l'ampoule des lames de chevets est d'un froid glacial ...
La télévision à écran plat est vraiment toute petite par rapport à la chambre.
Le personnel est souriant mais peu à même de nous renseigner sur les prestations aux alentours de l'hôtel

Beautiful hotel and Ussain was a highlight!
Pros:

Wonderful short stay - the manager Ussain was fantastic, so friendly, welcoming and knowledgable and couldn’t do any more for us!!! Lovely classic hotel with individual rooms.

Excellent stay in a property with character
Pros:

Good location, secure parking, comfortable & quiet room with good AC. Max at reception was very friendly and helpful. A few minutes walk to the main attractions, restaurants etc.

Fabulous and Elegant
Pros:

Beautiful property and room, helpful staff, air conditioning so welcome in the heatwave. Private use of pool bookable. Kettle in room. Breakfast was top class. Safe parking. Just lovely!

Weinig mis mee.
Pros:

Mooi historisch pand. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Keurig door een smalle doorgang voor de auto geloosd en de zware koffers werden naar de kamer gedragen. Voor Franse begrippen een goed ontbijt. Royale badkamer met veel spiegels. goed bed en 's nachts was het rustig, ondanks dat je in drukke stad bent.

Cons:

We hadden gedacht iets meer in het centrum van Reims te zitten. Toch was de loopafstand tot de kathedraal te doen.

Beautiful old building with large comfortable rooms only 10mins walk to the cathedral and several Champagne Houses. Indoor swimming pool and sauna is a bonus. Good breakfast selection and small outside terrace. Helpful and attentive staff.

Das Bad war groß

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht wie beschrieben im Stadtzentrum.
Das Zimmer war klein.
Zum Verdunkeln gab es nur einen dünnen Vorhang, der im Juni nicht ausreichte.
Der popöse Eindruck, der durch die Fotos vermittelt wird, hält in der Realität nicht stand. Da stimmt dann das Preis Leistung Verhältnis nicht
