Good but not a 5 star Hotel.
Pros:

The location, the beach location, the staff, food at dinner.

Cons:

You have to run in the morning to get a bed in the beach, there are not enough beds. The beach opens at 07:00 and you already see people running to get a place… also people from outside the hotel uses the installations. The room service is very limited. The breakfast closes at 10:30 if you have a baby becomes also difficult to arrive on time. The coffe

Parkplatz vom Hotel 30€ pro Nacht, Parkplatz vorm Hotel der Stadt Opatija 34€ pro Tag… Unglaublich teuer, nicht mal bewachter bzw. eingezäunter Bereich…
Tür im Zimmer schloss nicht richtig, dadurch war es zeitweise sehr laut.

Riesenangebot beim Frühstück, keine Wartezeiten, sehr freundliches Personal; das Abendrestaurant war vorzüglich; Überraschungstorte zum Geburtstag - sehr feine Sache!

Die Cocktails entsprachen nicht den Erwartungen, da sollte dringend nachgebessert werden!

Ideal location to visit Opatija. Good hotel with a couple caveats.
Pros:

Best location in the area with on-site parking. Rooms are large and quiet with a full bathtub. Beds were comfortable and large also. Main pool is quite good with an option to sit on the sea-side. Very large area for diining.

Cons:

A couple hiccups that I can't overlook for a 5-star hotel:
1. Room was visibly damaged and poorly repaired with some very visible water damage in the bathroom. Also cleanliness is not quite up to par.
2. Not getting a single drop of water or any other drink included in the Dinner price is a bit comical. You do get Prosecco included at breakfast for some unknown reason, even though breakfast has coffee, water, juice and all sorts of other drink options. It all seemed like they were trying to milk some extra cash off you which is just in poor taste. I'd rather they just factor the extra cost directly into the price of the room.

Again, overall this ia still a great hotel especially in this specific area. I would not pick another one to return to. I just wish they would act like a full 5-star one.

Sve je odlicno! Od dorucka koji je raznovrstan, do usluznog osoblja (pogotovo tim na recepciji!), do sjajne lokacije hotela.
