I servizi non sono assolutamente adeguati alla tipologia degli ospiti- servizio ristorazione inadeguato - servizi di pulizia camere inadeguato - si capisce che solo una piccola parte del personale è formato per il ruolo mentre l’80% è di passaggio, senza professionalità e soprattutto con poca educazione
Izvrsna lokacija. Osoblje prva liga, uvijek ljubazni i uslužni.
Predebeli jastuci na krevetima. Oskudan TV program .

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, die Bedienung immer sehr höflich, freundlich und kompetent und man merkte die Freue an der Dienstleistung. Das Frühstück ist der Wahnsinn - ein sehr reichhaltiges und vielseitiges Angebot und immer frisch und nachgeteilt - alles ist möglich.
Da gibt es keine Kritik weshalb ich sehr gerne jederzeit wieder komme.

Bleiachriften im Zimmern sind nicht Zeitgemäß,Holzbretter lose um Jacuzzi rundherum,wenig Blumen auf der wunderschöne Suite Terasse und ungepflegtes Gartenecke,

I will try and be positive first of all. All the staff we found were very nice and friendly. The hotel is large and clean with a nice size pool. Our sea view room with balcony was good however (now the not such good points) there is not enough space to hang 2 peoples clothes for 2 weeks as there is only a single (yes single) wardrobe - this is not good at all. I assumed being a '5 star' hotel there would be a dress code for dinner - there is not. Some of the ladies tried but on the whole men came down in shorts and t-shirts with flip flops and look as if they were going straight out to the pool and some of the younger women came down in just bikini style tops with shorts. The restaurant does have a feel of a canteen which we were quite disappointed with and what didn't help was the food was not hot enough from the buffet so you were always having to eat luke warm food although there was a huge variety to choose from. I also wasn't expecting the hotel to be full of young families with children that were allowed to run around as they wished, babies crying along with dogs outside the restaurant in their own space. In my opinion this hotel would come under a 3 star. Unfortunately I would not re-visit this hotel.
