Ispod očekivanja, pogotovo nakon prvog boravka kad je sve bilo na razini.
Pros:

Osoblje na recepciji i djelatnici zaduzeni za parking jako susretljivi i uvijek spremni uskočiti pomoći ako je potrebno.

Cons:

Osoblje zaduženo za čišćenje ne govori bar osnove hrvatskog jezika, unatoč obavijesti na vratima "NE SMETAJ" ulaze u sobe, u hodniku stvaraju jaku buku i galamu tijekom jutra što onemugućuje normalan odmor u sobi. Dodatno, kad čiste zaborave izmijeniti i ostaviti sve nove potrebne stvari. Daleko ispod ranga 5 zvjezdica.

Hotelot definitivno ne zasluzva 5 zvezdi, sum bila vo mnogu hoteli so 5 zvezdi ,ovaj ne e ni priblizno dobar za 5 zvezdi, prvo ke pocnam od hranata, vecerata bese katastrova ,jadenjata bea ladni i nemase izbor na jadenja,(ponesete si od doma po nekoj senvic ,za da ne ostanite gladni),sto ne e dozvolivo za hotel od ovaj rang,dorucekot bese standard kako vo site hoteli nisto posebno, koga se odjavuvavme recepcionerot pobara da platime koka kola od mini barot,a nie ne ja zedovme ,ne ja plativme ,ama ne e prijatno custvoto ,slikaj te si go mini barot koga ke vlezite vo sobata,posto moze da vi pobarat da platite nesto sto ne ste koristele,....se na se ovaj hotel ne zasluzuva 5 zvezdi
