Not five star
Pros:

Gorgeous views, lovely panoramic balcony, spacious bathroom and walk-in closets. The breakfast staff were lovely, and the buffet was nice.

Cons:

True 5-star properties require exceptional standards, but this hotel falls short. We booked a Junior Suite for a birthday celebration, but our stay was disrupted and cut short by unacceptable bedding and poor initial service. The main bed mattress was very soft and caused me back pain, while the sofa bed was broken and lumpy. We were informed all beds in the hotel are identical and left to assemble a mismatched, undersized foam topper that left a ridiculous gap on either side and provided no structural support. I spent two nights sleeping on the floor on a mattress featuring a large brown stain.

Furthermore, it took two days of being fobbed off by frontline staff before any real solution was offered, which was to check us out early. It was only following a formal corporate escalation that management acknowledged the failure, authorizing a 50% refund. I am leaving this review because it was suggested on-site that I should have asked about the mattresses before booking. I wish I had seen the other bed complaints before choosing. I incorrectly assumed a 5-star hotel would have good beds and, at least, an alternative option.

Staromodno i prosjecno, ne bih se vratila osim da je upola jeftinije, lijep pogled

Objekt je u blizini centra, ima divan pogled na Kvarner, predvorje impresivno, wellnes dobar, otvoreni bazen je odlican , osoblje je odlicno

Ne vrijedi platiti hotel s 5 zvjezdica koji je na razini prosjecnog hotela, soba vrlo mala, zavjese ostecene na nekoliko mjesta, restaurirano vrlo neuredno i jeftino, jastuci vrlo neudobni, malene bocice od 30 ml za tusiranje i sampon!!! Vrlo skrto za hotel s pet zvjezdica!Svaki puta kad se tusiras otvaras minijatirnu bocicu, nperakticno a da ne kazem ekoloski vrlo lose. Hrana.. rekla bih losa, dobar izbor ali nine dobro spremlje o, masno, neukusno, kolaci iz proslog stoljeca… ugl hotel staromodan u sobama i kuhinji a ostalo super mislim na predvorje i bazen

Pros:

Odličana lokacija, hotel ima svoju privatni deo obale, korektan spa, hrana odlicna. Lezaljke su besplatne za goste hotela.

Cons:

Cena parkinga je ista kao i parking kazna. Nakon check out-a, morao sam da napustim hotel. Nakon sto sam se odjavio i napustio sobu, zamolio sam ih da ostanem na bazenu kako bih iskoristio jos par sati pred put rekli su mi da ne moze. Po meni lose razmisljanje jer bih svakako potrosio jos novca na rucak i pice u hotelu. Naravno i auto sam morao da pomerim u 12h.

Super hotel,z veseljem se vračava
Pros:

Dobila sva upgrade sobe in bila navdušena.Receptorka Marina je naredila še posebej dober vtis,saj je prijazna,zgovorna in ustrežljiva.Največjo pohvalo si zasluži prav ona.Lokacija hotela je odlična.Ima super spa in le par korakov iz hotela lepo plažo.

Cons:

Zajtrk je več kot odličen,ampak najbolj sva bila razočarana,ker ni bilo več zagorskih štrukljev,ki sva se jih vedno ko sva obiskala hotel zelo veselila.
Nikjer nisem našla napisano,da imajo možnost izbire vzglavnikov in šele pri odhodu izvedela na recepciji.
Plaža je bila polna kot poleti,a žal nikogar več ki bi stregel pijačo,saj je bil šank zaprt.
