Everything was good.
The entry door should be remote open so clients/ guests can roll the luggage carts through without banging into the door or the door closing on guest as they’re trying to navigate through.
I loved the location. Close to SCAD.
Wish there was a larger trash can in the room. With 3 people 2 small waste baskets were not enough.
The location was perfect and we enjoyed the free breakfast. The room was nice and comfortable. The employees were all very friendly and personable.
Loved everything.
Close to downtown and River Street.
Pay to park was too expensive. Beds were not as comfortable as other Hampton Inns I have stayed in.
The hotel is in a good location, on the edge of the historic downtown area. There are a limited number of parking spaces available in the courtyard, but you can purchase a discounted daily parking pass at the nearby parking garage.
The buffet breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff were friendly.
The room was adequately equipped.
Upon our arrival, the reception staff were not nice, they were just doing their job. When we received the room, we noticed that the room we had booked for 5 people had only been prepared for 4 people, and I immediately reported this to the reception. After 4 hours of sightseeing, when I returned to our room, I found that the beds had not been prepared for 5 people.
The three employees at the reception were very busy with what were probably very important matters and serving those who arrived after me. They clearly did not want to deal with me.
When they received my greeting and listened to my problem, they replied that the bed linen was probably in the drawers somewhere, I should make our own bed.
After that, when we returned to the room, we found the bed linen in one of the drawers and made our own bed.
I think that in a hotel it would be acceptable to get the rooms according to the number of people booked.
I felt that the hostility I experienced from the reception staff was probably due to our light skin or being European, as in my opinion we had done nothing to deserve this treatment. Coming from Europe, we do not understand and cannot accept this kind of prejudice.
Pleasant hotel and staff
Breakfast was limited, and one of two lifts not working
Nice staff. Great pool. Good water pressure. Superb location Breakfast was decent.
Walls needed paint, decor out of date, smelly elevators.
Staff great
Elevator hot and dirty
We loved the older historic design of this hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet and the staff were very welcoming.
There was a strange/bad smell on the hotel and in our room both nights. This smell was present both nights but wasn’t there during the day.
Komfortables Hotel, saubere Zimmer, tolle Lobby.
Zu Fuss schnell im Zentrum.
Es hatte keinen freien Sitzplatz zum Frühstück. Für das parkieren des Autos werden 35 Dollar pro Nacht extra berechnet.
Loved the property. Beautiful and fit in well with the area. Near everything we needed.
Clean
All good
Location was perfect!
Air conditioning was poor, room stayed at 77 the entire stay. We called the front desk and maintenance several times with no answer. Pay for parking at $35 a day is a bit over the top. I have stay at many hotels that average at $25 a day.
Upon arrival to the Savannah property, we discovered that the bathroom was in dire need of refurbishing (grout work, tub refinishing, the floors needed retiling. This was our first time staying there. We are frequent travelers to Savannah for an annual conference and have stayed at great properties. Imagine our disappointment. Not only will i not stay again, I will not recommend and I will post my comments on social media outlets. This is totally unacceptable.

Bring this property into the 21st Century. Carpet needs to be removed from the floors. Too many things to list. Im sure that you are aware of how old this property is and the needed repairs...Just Do It.
