Pros:

This was a very nice hotel was my first time staying here and I must say the location was great for walking distance to food and fun things to do will definitely stay here again 💜💜

Cons:

They didn’t have hot cocoa for breakfast for me😂😂 but that was ok I drunk juice

Nice area and nice hotel and pool
Pros:

Breakfast was boring all 3 days. Sausage was terrible! Much better at the Hampton Inn in Odessa Fla! Fresh cut fruit cottage cheese and friendly employees

Cons:

Full trash can in our room we we arrived. No one came to our room with fresh towels or to empty the trash . This was the very first time in 51 years that we didn’t leave a tip .my husband called for towels and we waited for 3 hours and he finally went to the front desk and they sent towels up in an hour. Not impressed with your front desk female employee!

The room did not meet expectations and was not cleaned. The only thing that was done was the bed made and towels

The breakfast stuff was really pleasant and welcoming

Cons:

The room was covered in dust, one of the bathroom lights was flickering and the requested that the room get cleaned daily and it was not.

Pros:

The lobby was absolutely gorgeous ! Staff went a ove and beyond. The trip planner in the lobby was wonderful and very helpful! The room was spacious and very clean! Perfect location.

It was just ok. Very disappointed for Hilton Honors participants

Our room was a handicapped room, located at the end of the first floor hallway, near the ice machine and trash barrels. At 6:30 am, the staff would be taking out the trash barrels (noisy) and our room was across from the laundry room where there was always loud talking and laughter at very early hours. When we checked into our room, we noticed we didn’t have a shower curtain. A call to the front desk rectified that within the hour. We also noted that the main shower head did not work, only the hand held sprayer, which was a little more than a trickle. Lastly, I found it annoying that the “handicapped”room was all the way down the hallway, farthest from the front desk than any of the other rooms on the first floor.
