L'hotel ne dispose que de 9 chambres (sans ascenseur) mais le personnel vous aide pour emmener vos bagages dans les chambres (l'hotel ne dispose pas d'ascenseur).
Agréable surprise, un croissant, café et jus d'orange nous a été offert le matin.
Situé dans le quartier plateau Mont Royal, il est très proche de rues très animées.
L'arrivée en voiture peut être fastidieux pour déposer les bagages, car il n'y a pas d'emplacement spécifique pour faire le check in (se garer en double file dans la rue et attention au piste cyclable également !!).
Perfect location; nice staff; well equipped room / amenities were good
Biggest critical point is how unbearably dark the room was. It made staying in the room uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Also, we didn’t want to sleep with the AC on, but instead with open door to balcony. Given the noise (of the generator?!) this was impossible. Also, noise from the hallway and neighbouring rooms, as walls are too thin. And slightly random but - we came back to the hotel around 4-5pm for a short afternoon nap, which we couldn’t do because cleaning personnel decided to vacuum the hallway.
Had an excellent experience at Kutuma. Great location, very walkable area close to cool restaurants and bars as well as metro stations. Service was outstanding and we started every morning with delicious coffee and croissants brought to the room. Very friendly and attentive staff.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location is perfect, close to everything and only a 3-minute walk from the metro.
The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Ethan for everything!
The complimentary breakfast was also very much appreciated, especially the good espresso and fresh croissants.
We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montreal!
No lift
Our favorite hotel when we are in town and want to enjoy the Plateau for a few days. Great location near the Metro with lots of great bars and restaurants nearby, very comfortable rooms, and a staff completely dedicated to your comfort (thanks Adam). Simply a great hotel.
Un accueil irréprochable, très attentionné, un lit très confortable, le jacuzzi. L’emplacement.

L’emplacement proche de tout via le métro Sherbrooke et la gentillesse de tout le personnel sans exception.
Le bruit dehors (ventilation et buzz en permanence dû à la cuisine du restaurant de l’hôtel) et dedans climatisation un peu bruyante dû au module intérieur arrivant en bout de course mais tout ceci est largement compensé par ce que nous avons aimé.
