Pros:

スタッフの対応が丁寧でした。シングルサイズの部屋に宿泊しましたが、1人には十分な広さでした。夜もうるさいということはなく快適に過ごしました。駅からも近く、また公共交通機関の利用チケットがついてくるところがとても良いと思いました。

è un ottimo posto per chi deve viaggiare trovandosi vicino alla stazione, come tale, la stazione di Dusseldorf non è un bel quartiere e in generale non è un bel hotel, è abbastanza retrò, il palazzo in cui è inserito non da una buona impressione, pur non mancandogli nulla, la hall è carina e le stanze sono decenti e pulite

Hyvin siisti ja hyvä aamiainen. Käytävien perusteella ei olisi voinut uskoa miten siisti huone oli. Erinomaiset työntekijät

Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, leider etwas laut
Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer, alles sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Leckeres Frühstück. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Bar und im Untergeschoss kann man Billiard spielen.

Cons:

Leider waren die Zimmer (auch die nach hinten) etwas laut. Aber die Fenster halten den Lärm sehr gut auf.
