Okay hotel, good location
Pros:

Stayed 1 night in June 2026.
Good - easy fast check in although had to return to desk as room card didn’t work, good room temperature, decent size tv
Bad - room was showing signs of wear and tear and cleanliness not perfect, breakfast buffet on the cheap side with limited choice and questionable quality of items on offer

Great hotel lovely location

Cons:

The shower was terrible and water got absolutely everywhere - this wasn’t adjustable and I couldn’t move it at all to be able to stop it from making such a mess

Mostly great. Let down by old rooms
Pros:

The staff were really polite, helpful and friendly
Room was clean
The breakfast was nice and the staff there were really helpful and they couldn't do enough for us
The reception, bar and restaurant were lovely
Great location

Cons:

Rooms were where the hotel is let down
They were old, carpets were stained, a funny smell in both of the 2 rooms we booked
The shower wasn't great and the bath was about shin height
The Aircon was very temperamental and it was difficult sleep as it was too hot and when the Aircon was on it was loud.

The road outside was busy and loud so having the window open wasn't great to sleep

Beds way too soft and old

Disappointingly expensive and below average
Pros:

The front desk was adequate and the little shop was ideal. Staff were helpful when checking in.
Bad parts, room key card stopped working a few times, which is annoying when on the 9th floor. Room was basic and i felt not in the best tate of repair, especially for the premium price. Gym was small but workable, however why add a tv with no remote so it is stuck on the hotel welcome page.
Drink served at the bar was flat, breakfast was poor for the money. This was my first time staying here, and it will be my last.

Bardzo dobre miejsce na pobyt w Milton Keynes.
Pros:

Hotel o wysokim standardzie. 15 minut pieszo od dworca kolejowego. Szeroka oferta śniadaniowa.
