Very disappointing
Pros:

Location
Room backed onto bars at rear
Very loud until after 2am unable to sleep
Then from 1am onwards until 3am doors slamming loud talking noise in the hotel

Waste of money
Pros:

It was bad experience but staff were v really nice especially Monica who was very helpful. However, it was the lowest ever breakfast quality I have ever seen where we paid money and yet the breakfast missing the basics that kids wish to eat. We even asked for a bit of honey and they told us sorry we don’t have (then why the h*** u charge people money). An absolute joke. Also, the carpets in the rooms were really dirty. Even disgusting to walk on the carpet,,,I would urge the hotel management to replace all carpets in the rooms. We had two rooms by the way. Overall It feels like 1 star hotel experience. Also, smell in the restaurant was too bad to mention few. It was an absolute waste of money.

Ok very dis not sleep well due to the noise will not book here again as this is not the first time this has happened

Pros:

The staff members Emily and grace went above and beyond for us. We were a group of five ladies and we wanted to be in rooms next to each other. They went one better and gave us interconnecting rooms it was just brilliant . It means such a lot when the staff are so friendly and welcoming . We were only there for one night but would definitely stay again. Thank you so much xx
