Nothing was a nightmare, the lifts weren’t working the keys didn’t work each time we went back to our room, the shower was cold and the kettle didn’t work!

Location was great.
Dirty carpets. For a Four Star hotel I expected high standards of the room and facilities such as TV channels and beverages.
Clean tidy and nice staff
Paid for exec room but it seemed very 'standard'.
Grace and Hani - the most wonderful hostesses! Not only there was no problem with earlier check in they were helpful with every need and question I had! The room itself - big, comfy with nice little bathtub. And the location! Just amazing.

May be need upgrade with tv facilities. It has basic TV cable media channels.
Slip bath mat. Was in a rush and noticed we had to call down reception to request one.

Only thing I will say is the bed in the room had a bad dip in the middle of it so my sleep was broken a lot 😒
