Le manque de politesse et la bonne communication de la part du responsable de la restauration
Myself and a friend wanted a cheap long weekend away... that's what we got. Expectations weren't exactly high to start with so I suppose we couldn't really be disappointed.
When we arrived, half of the reception was closed off having refurbishment, the rest looked old and run down. The room was the same, however it was clean. The beds were quite hard and there was no aircon (room G42) so in the summer months it would be unbearable. Although it was falling to bits, it did the job for a few days.
The pool are is good, clean and there are 4 of them. Sunbeds are old and some cracked but plenty of them, umbrellas need replacing.
The food - not a lot of choice (maybe 4 dishes, with rice or pasta, plenty of salad) and some of it wasn't great but you wouldnt starve. At breakfast you could have an omelette made fresh, which is what I mainly stuck to. Lunch was ok but we ate out locally 2 of the evenings and the food in the restaurants along the beach were lovely! The snack bar was nice from 2.30pm, if you didn't want the buffet lunch.
There was an ice cream/ crepe station seperate and you had to pay for this.
The pool bar - if you didn't speak up (and basically be as rude as the other people) you'd stand there forever. Choice of beer which was nice and basic spirits, fizzy pop. It got busy through the day and on a night as that is where the entertainment was on.
It was ok, would i go back - yes but only for a cheap weekend away but I'd eat out every night (paid £225 with flights). Had I been with my family & children it would of been different.
You get it cheap, you've got to expect cheap!
When we first arrived here we was shown our Room honestly I was so jealous of our dogs staying in the kennels whilst we was on holiday...it was disgusting never again..and the food it was like a Bush tucker trail..we went out every night for food at the local restaurants ...
So save your money don't book here you will regret it..I know it's only cheap and seeing is believing why it's so cheap..
It's just a dirty hell hole.. and couldn't wait for the last day..
Good luck
The good points....it was sunny. Main staff pleasant and errrr that's it
Hotel under renovation, no prior warning from travel company and reception don't really care. Rooms grubby to say the least, ground floor rooms with patio doors that don't stay locked. No safes or fridges in most rooms the same with air-conditioning.
In the first 24 hrs we changed rooms 3 times. The second room has a leak in the bathroom from above causing me to fall due to water in the room.
Was offered a room that hadn't been cleaned but would be the following day ? They couldn't understand why we wouldn't sleep in sheets that hadn't been changed.
Bar, only one area so getting served takes a while. Main food are closed so limited menu avaliable in smaller dining area.
If you want a relaxing holiday find somewhere else in Agadir as it looks a great place.
If you care about your family's health and safety, run away from this resort. The pictures you see on the advertisement are old and completely fake; they do not reflect the reality of the hotel now, which is filthy, outdated, and falling apart. We booked a family holiday here in May 2026, and it was a complete nightmare. Behind the deceptive adverts, we endured three full days with absolutely zero running hot water, forcing us to walk across the resort to a separate room just to shower. Good luck getting towels toothey don't provide them properly, and we had to fight to get just one single towel for a room of four people. They provided an infant cot with a bare, green mattress covered in deep-seated dirt and stains with no sheets, which was so unsafe and unhygienic our baby couldn't use it. On top of separating our family rooms on night one, our written complaints went entirely unaddressed while we were there. General maintenance has completely collapsed—including large pests left floating on the surface of the swimming pool and the "all-inclusive" service is heavily restricted due to severe staff shortages. Loveholidays completely ignored our complaints after the trip and refused to help us. Save your money, protect your kids, and stay far away from this place!
Don’t visit! Dirty and very outdated. the entire lobby is under construction which was completely unacknowledged by the hotel staff and the travel company. rooms follow that trend with broken patio doors and plugs. food is available often enough but very poor. waits for drinks and other services are long. The gym is hilarious. not a single working machine and just a few bars and dumbbells to throw about… spa workers will point you in the direction of a good local gym . Ive seen a few comments about the hotel being ‘council estate’… a bit of an insult to the council estates if Im honest. Ive traveled many places including places like Magaluf and Ibiza and never have I seen behaviour like I did at the Caribbean village. security have no control and bar staff stand back and allow things to unfold. The environment is completely out of hand. witnessed many fights. very sorry if you’ve already booked! my only advice is to go out of the hotel as often as possible
Had a good party vibe. Everyone became a little community quite quickly. The staff were 10/10 so friendly and fun. The onsite shops are so much cheaper than Souk El Had and the owners are amazing. The camel leather man is so nice and friendly. The old man in the souvenir shop is the sweetest! U just wanna buy it all! And of course "my husband" (or so he calls himself) haha.. with his spices and great Argon oil is fantastic. The staff cant do enough to help.
Make sure you book your meal at the pizza and the Moroccan restaurant on site. Its so much fun.
The rooms unfortunately. Its very "hostel" style bunk beds and 2 single beds, bathroom door didnt close, and the blankets were thin more like a thick sheet. If you rent a towel they are very old and ripped. And the food isnt great. But its a cheap all inclusive hotel with an excellent welcoming atmosphere. So you get what you pay for. Enjoyed it very much
