Defo would go again! Dont be put off with all negative reviews - staff are great and often went above and beyond to help - had issue with a room due to it being on 2nd floor, hotel staff gave alternative room quickly on ground floor. Overall not the greatest hotel but it is only 3 stars - it's clean, excellent facilities and service on site, multiple clean pools, good food (for the fussy chicken nuggets and chips available to order). Would avoid the snack bar as burgers and their chicken nuggets are rubbish. Pizzeria (bookable table onsite) is good. No included ice creams but available to buy (better if was it was included for free). Drinks available all day though served soft drinks in small plastic cups - better if were bigger! Rooms are clean though very dated and need updating. No AC but cool evening and early air keeps room cool. Hotel itself is not good for those with mobility issues as lots of stairs to deal with and some access ramps are very steep. Access to beach is complex and often difficult from the hotel getting out. Good location for local park, mcdonalds and KFC. Will defo be going again!
We wanted a budget holiday to celebrate our birthdays. We got exactly that. Room was ok. Food will keep you from starving but was tasteless and uninspiring. Waiters were willing but were easily distracted. Always had to ask twice or three times for help getting drinks or cutlery. The water went out a couple of times while there and there was no communication from management. Eventually we were given drinking water after complaining. And were left with cold showers for a couple more days. The entertainment comprised of nightly kid style discos so loud you couldn’t ignore them. Reception staff were less than helpful sending us to a local supermarket to pay to print boarding passes or shrugging disinterestedly when asked for info. They were preparing for high season, even at the end of June, by drilling all day around the pool areas to fit sun shades and paving. Tools and giant holes were left out for anyone to fall over or into.
We did have a good holiday but the place was lacking finesse. We didn’t expect fine dining or 5* but we hardly got 3.
We have travelled on budget holidays through love holidays all over the world for the last ten years and never complained about any of them, this place will be a 1st. Rooms are filthy, food is inedible and the general noise all night means you will get little rest. Asked hotel rep to move us it was that bad and was told if we didn't like it to go with TUI.
We may take him up on that offer going forward.
After paying for all inc, we ate out for both lunch and evening meal most nights. If we would have had kids and grandkids with us it would have been very expensive. I wouldn't give a dog the room and food on offer. No running water most days as maint works being carried out, surely represents a hygyene risk with hundreds of people using toilets and dishes not being able to be washed?
Do not stay here
I have just come back from staying at this resort and I will definitely be coming back. The rooms definitely need a bit of work but the staff and entertainment are absolutely fantastic, best animation team I have experienced!
After reading the negative reviews, I was honestly quite worried and expecting the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised.
The rooms are very basic and decorated in a Moroccan style. If you’re looking for modern white luxury, you probably won’t feel at home here 😅 We didn’t have cockroaches in the room, but I did see some outside. But hey — it’s Morocco! Any insect can get into the room if you leave doors or windows open. It has nothing to do with cleanliness.
There are several pools to choose from — quieter ones and busier ones near the bar. The areas around the pools are kept clean.
As for the food, I ate well every day. Some things I liked more, some less, but I always left satisfied. My 14-month-old daughter was happy too. Our neighbour, on the other hand, kept complaining, but his diet was basically fries and chicken nuggets — so if you’re closed to new flavours, you probably won’t enjoy it either and will end up complaining :)
At the bar, service was quite slow the first time, but later the staff recognised you and everything went much more smoothly.
My only real downside was a man who grabbed our luggage from our hands, walked us to the room, and then expected a tip for it.
If I ever come back to Agadir, I would happily choose this hotel again.
We had a lovely time at caribbean village before we went I read alot of negative reviews and was worried what sort of place I had booked .the rooms were spacious and everything we needed .I read someone had cockroaches in their room so I went prepared but didn't see any the cleaner was very nice clean towels everyday .Good variation of food some days better than others .staff really nice.entertainment was good everyday my grandkids loved it .yes I would go back there you could always get a sun bed there are 4 pools lovely and clean .it wasent a posh hotel but it was a very good price so certainly didn't expect it to be .
Absolute dump ! I love morroco as a country but this hotel is the worst ive ever been to ! Where do i start ! , rooms dirty , no kettle or water in rooms, no air con... only went a week! Never again! Avoid this hotel
Bon sejour
Les animatrices du club qui draguent les hommes mariés et regardent leurs femmes de haut, en particulier Ikrame.
La convivialité c'est un village exceptionnel le personnel magnifique très gentil
Il y a rien que je n'ai pas apprécié tout était magnifique
Good hotel excellent location
Very good entretement friendly staff rooms are ok lot off to do
Just the food very poor lot of food just no taste at all
People from everywhere visiting you will make lot of friends
Again just the food
They really need to get a new chef who knows how to cook
l'emplacement
Great entertainment.
Other guests that drink to much which prevents you from getting a coffee in the morning as no drinks are served until 11 am.
I loved the layout of the overall complex . The pools , the pool bar , the differant blocks of accomodation . The entertainment was very enjoyable both day and night . I loved the variety of interaction with the guests , the dance routines were great fun .
The accomodation itself was very shabby and outdated . The outdoor appearance is not as apealing as it looks in the picture . The price for all inclusive was good value for money but a bit more variety of food would suit more people in general .
Tout c est mon coin préférer de puis des années
