Pas de clip dans les chambres, lit pas du tout confortable !!
Pretty standard hotel nice enough room and was cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels. Didn’t have water on a few occasions throughout the week so we had to go and use another room. The biggest joke is the bar it would take an age to get served so we went out every night because of this. If you tip you get served, we tipped everytime we went out of the hotel and would have done at the hotel but as it was all inclusive we shouldn’t have had to so out of principle we didn’t
This hotel was awful. We arrived at our hotel at approx 12.30pm and the place was a dive. We checked in and was told we could use the facilities before our room was available at 3pm. The pool dyed my daughters white swimwear yellow, the food was covered in flies and sub standard, the rooms were beyond basic with scratchy blankets. The bar was awful. Couldn't get a drink unless you were shouting for attention (I don't shout) and when you finally did get a drink it was warm and served in a thimble sized plastic cup. We were told we had to pay our tourist tax in cash (because the card machine was conveniently broken) so paid this twice because we had to pay it at the next hotel (next door that we checked into at 4.30pm because of the state of this place), that took card!
We were also told we could have our room early if we gave the manager a nice little tip! In cash obviously
We spoke to reception about the issues we had experienced who advised it was a bad hotel to be in as everyone is always drunk.
We then moved hotels and asked for a refund, on the beach apparently contacted Caribbean Village hotel to request a refund for our unused nights but as we didn't take photos as we had to get our kids out of that place as quickly as possible we didn't have a full photoshoot. The hotel ignored OTB so we are not getting a refund.
I'm not sure why we would spend 3k for another hotel if the one booked was safe and suitable!
What a tired run down dump it was a building site
Ok they was trying to tidy up the place that needed doing so badly
The room was a key to open. The room was very tired and dated. The balcony and window was covered in seagull drippings no Aircon one pillow one sheet on the bed
A cold shower
The lift was scary and only good for two people most of the time it was better to use the stairs
The complex was big and the pools good if a little tired only one bar. And the pool bar was closed
The food was disgusting rank in fact had to eat out a few times. Just to hav something worth eatting
Got the runs by the 3rd day so didn't really need food any more and spend most of the rest of the week close to a toilet. And judging by the mess in the toilets alot of other people had the runs too
Drink weak as best only one cocktail the best way to get served at the bar was to be a woman or give them money
The entertainment was rubbish at night.
If u want quite pool don't use the main pool
Took two days to find the snack bar. Only tried it once. That was bad.
It's a bit of a walk to the beach. Too not what I call on or close to the beach there is a back way if you find it. As soon as you do you will be set up on by lookey looky and you buy a trip
Lovly walk along the beach front. But there is a lot of work being done behind boreds building new hotels
Good luck finding the cable car rip off with the price great view but nothing really up there apart from people trying to sell you rubbish goods
I found food expensive to eat out and beer I won't pay 9e for a pint
The sea was cold and a bit ruff very windy
You get what you pay for
Been there done that now won't be back
Personnel accuillant, grande piscine, bouf acceptable et dispo
Letterie et equipement de la chambre à ameliorer.
Oui
So amazing
Do not go to this hotel, the hotel man charged us money for him taking our bags??, The maid took £20 from the room, there was poo stains up the walls, No fresh towels, No chairs on the balcony, the wood on the balcony was that loose a small push it would of fallen down, the food was horrendous we didn’t eat for 5 days constantly spewing, The drinks were completely watered down and not a lot of staff working, all the men seemed to only want the women, if it weren’t for the entertainment team the holiday would of been worse
Checked in 11am. Checked out at 5pm and went to another hotel.
Found it very scruffy looking and I’m not a holiday snob. Far from it.
Areas not used so broken furniture around. It needs a good tidy up.
Was being painted whilst I was there.
The place had a smell of sewage.
No air con, No toilet roll, no towels. Had to ask for them.
Room was dated but very clean and cute looking.
Main restaurant was closed. Food wasn’t brilliant. Queued 30 mins for BBQ food and was given an undercooked meat.
The place is massive so be prepared to walk far to the rooms.
Just wasn’t for me but looked like
Lots of people was having fun and good times
Stopped at the Caribbean resort. Probably built in the 80's and really dated. No air con, fridge or kettle. No USB sockets. The food was pretty much the same every day. The bar was limited to one beer tap and only two guys serving. If you had given the bartender a good tip it was the only way you were getting served if they were busy. As for the rest of Agadir it seemed to be either a building site or a slum although of course there were some nice areas. So as of my experience I won't return and probably wouldn't go to Morocco again.
I have arrived to this hotel and have to say has to be my worst experience ever...1st of all this hotel is not the place for people with mobility issues as there is steep steps everywhere and the food is rubbish with drinks watered down. The staff 2 older men at reception are rude and started shouting when I went to ask about my room after waiting over 3 hours to be shouted at and given a room with children bunk beds when it was booked for adults. Both men started shouting with no consideration of the fact I have elderly parents who can't walk and been passed from pillar to post and told me if I wanted to leave i can do. I am currently still sat here waiting for "3pm" for another room to come available . I asked to speak to the hotel manager and was refused instead they are talking about me laughing in their own native language which is plain rude! I would avoid this hotel at all costs. The food is rubbish the staff so far apart from the holiday rep(only person who was willing to help) the rest are terrible
This is not just another negative comment, it’s truthful. Before booking I would suggest looking elsewhere.
The food was mostly dreadful in the main restaurant which caused us to eat out, finding better food outside of the complex. Even the snack hall (Madame Butterfly) was horrendous - barely cooked burgers and long wait times even when they were not busy.
Not many rooms have air con and some of the rooms are like being in prison. Parts of the site look like a building site.
I made what I could of the holiday but I certainly won’t be going back there.
No end of fights breaking out and other dubious activities happening in the grounds.
