The furniture in the room was worn and badly stained, the shower was non existent. Its only redeeming features were the food was ok and staff good

Location Easy to get to the town.
No lift. A problem as our luggage was heavy, but we asked for assistance and someone took our luggage upstairs.

It’s was poor from the initial greeting….then went down hill
I had a shower and ended up on the bathroom floor after a massive fall….no rubber mat..no grab handles…slick Lino floor…
Reported it to reception……the bearded man didn’t have a clue what to do…..( but never once asked if I was ok?)
Breakfast was a joke……
Dreadful experience…..reminded me of Aberdeen hotels back in the 80,s……

Bedroom smelled sweaty and dirty. Sheets and pillow cases looked like they were already used
We found some hair on the pillow cases
