First room had a smell and transition from carpet bedroom to bathroom was difficult for a wheelchair to manage. Kind of a large speed bump.
During check-in, they informed us about the water shortage from 1 am to 4 am. It would be greatly appreciated if you could notify us in advance.

J'ai aimé l'accueil, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. Le service du petit déjeuner était parfait. Je ne suis pas habitué à ce style de petit déjeuner et le personnel m'a expliqué le contenu de chaque menu. J'ai aimé qu'on nous apporte de l'eau à notre arrivée
Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'il faille demander le nettoyage de la chambre à l'accueil. J'ai l'habitude de la France et l'Europe et ie ménage est fait tous les jours sans demander
The employees
The shower never worked. No hot water the last day there. Toilet didn’t flush and no ac.
The hotel is in a great location, and the daily housekeeping was consistently thorough. I also really appreciated the unlimited bottled water and easy access to the ice machine, which were very convenient during the stay.
One thing that could be improved is the communication around the $15 daily credit. It would have been helpful if this had been explained more clearly at check-in.
Location was great, good for Metro and the Wharf. The breakfast staff were exceptional, they went the extra mile every day to make sure our requests as British guests were met, they were super friendly.
The reception staff could be warmer and it would be good to know before booking on booking.com that the breakfast included rate is not an all you can eat buffet style but a menu restricted order with a maximum of $50 spend on main courses that were $25 each without any drinks or extras so you end up paying more on a breakfast included price.
