Cons:

De fleste i restauranten er ikke særlig serviceorienterede. Man skal bede den at hente salt, et glas, bede dem om at dække op og det er tydeligt at de bliver irriteret over det. De sukker når man ikke helt forstår hvad de siger, eller hæver stemmen når man beder dem om at hjælpe.

The Royal Sonesta was a welcome respite at the end of each day’s adventures.
Pros:

We liked the location. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. We liked the decor. Everyone was kind and helpful.

Cons:

An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be nice.

Laven el tapete!

Bon emplacement
Pros:

L’emplacement reste un véritable atout et les chambres sont grandes.

Cons:

Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés. Tout d’abord, la caution de 500 dollars nous a semblé assez élevée. Il serait appréciable que son montant soit clairement annoncé avant l’arrivée afin de pouvoir anticiper cette somme.
À la réception, nous aurions apprécié un accueil un peu plus chaleureux. Concernant le ménage, les horaires de 8 h à 16 h sont assez contraignants : si l’on repasse dans la chambre quelques minutes pendant cette période, le ménage risque de ne pas être effectué. De plus, l’absence de pancarte permettant d’indiquer si l’on souhaite ou non le ménage ne facilite pas l’organisation.

Nous avons également remarqué une odeur d’humidité dans la chambre, probablement liée au manque d’aération.

Côté équipements, notre chambre étant prévue pour plusieurs personnes, nous avons trouvé dommage de n’avoir qu’une seule chaise et un seul peignoir. Les poubelles ne sont pas équipées de sacs, ce qui est peu pratique, notamment pour jeter certains déchets personnels et intimes.

Enfin, la cafetière fonctionne très lentement : il faut attendre environ 20 minutes pour obtenir un café, ce qui est assez contraignant. Nous avions également compris que la chambre serait équipée d’une bouilloire et de chaussons, mais ceux-ci n’étaient pas présents.

The sink in the room kept filling up when I was using it only for quick washing my face or to brush my teeth due to the drain being old or previously clogged — also the toilet was very slow and made noises

Overall an enjoyable and adventurous experience. Staff were very attentive.
Pros:

Staff was exceptional, especially Elias at the Front Desk. Restaurant was delicious with good atmosphere. Location was convenient near subway station.
