Categories

Cleanliness
8.5
Multiple guests describe the hotel as very clean or spotless with daily room service and towel changes; a few guests noted issues around bathroom cleanliness/ventilation (mildew smell from broken fan, old shower curtain) that slightly lowered impressions.
Service
9
Service is frequently praised — staff described as friendly, very helpful and attentive; specific staff (Giselle/Gizella) cited for going above and beyond with recommendations and care.
Location
9
Location is repeatedly called excellent and very convenient — central to restaurants, shops, short walk to the beach and coastal paths, not too hilly according to guests.
Room Quality
7.5
Rooms are generally comfortable with good balconies, air conditioning and adequate size for many guests, but recurring complaints about shower-in-bath layouts with curtains, occasional shortages of soap/shampoo and some small-room remarks reduced the score.
Amenities
8.5
Strong amenity offering (heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, large outdoor pool, pool bar with live music/DJ and saxophone, spa by appointment, library, free parking) that guests valued highly.
Value for Money
8
Value is generally acceptable though not widely discussed; one guest explicitly felt certain maintenance issues (bath/ventilation) should be addressed given the price, so value is positive but slightly tempered by those expectations.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast is a standout across many reviews — described as excellent, abundant, varied, and in some cases the best guests have had, with fresh fruit and wide choices.
Overall Experience
8.5
Overall experience is very positive: many guests would return or highly recommend the hotel, praising the relaxed atmosphere, cleanliness, breakfast and helpful staff; isolated negatives did not dominate impressions.

Pros:

Our stay was incredible there with great customer service. I believe her name was Giselle? She gave great recommendations of restaurants and a lovely tour of the facilities. The room itself was comfortable and cleaned with towels changed on a daily basis. Location wise it was a short walk to the beach and other restaurants. Would stay again if I ever come back to the Algarve again!

Pros:

Das Frühstück war perfekt

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte keine Dusche.
