Posizione ottima in pieno centro a Zante e colazione ricca e variegata
La camera era grande e confortevole, ma non avevamo un letto matrimoniale, bensì due letti singoli uniti e mancava la finestra nella zona notte. Comodo il balconcino

Room we chose was small, bathroom was also small with no tiles.
Amazing location, right at the heart of the town. The room balcony - with the view of the plaza below - and the swimming pool were fantastic places to unwind after a day of sightseeing under the scorching heat of the summer days. The breakfast was really good! Also, the two front desk ladies, Sofia and Angela, made me feel super welcomed and nothing was too much trouble for them. Definitely of the highlights of my trip. Thanks a million!
WiFi signal was weak - it wouldn’t reach my room and only worked downstairs at the reception or breakfast room. The overall look of the hotel is a bit dated, but nothing that would compromise my experience.
Location was wonderful, in the center of the action but also quiet and peaceful enough. Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming, reception, f&b, housekeeping.
Furniture in rooms could use some improvement.

L'emplacement en plein centre-ville de Zakynthos est incroyable, on ne peut espérer mieux.
Nous craignions le bruit de la rue le soir et nous n'avons pas été dérangés du tout.
La piscine en rooftop bien que petite est top !
Le petit déjeuner est varié.
La salle de bain est minuscule, à tel point qu'il est impossible de se baisser dans la douche.
L'espace autour de la piscine est trop petit.
Le bruit des joueurs de billard dans l'hôtel jusqu'à tard est dérangeant : un horaire limite devrait être fixé.
Enfin, cet hôtel a un potentiel phénoménal mais il a vieilli et la décoration fait datée.
Situation géographique parfaite au coeur de la ville et à côté des restaurants. Se trouve à environ 10 minutes de la seule plage de la région mais très belle mer claire et chaude.
Petit déjeuner catastrophique indigne d'un 4 étoiles. Petit piscine situé sur le toit avec vue sur le port. Chambre avec salle de bain trop petite. Meubles viellots qui mériterait un rafraîchissement.
Hôtel ne méritant pas un 4 étoiles.
