Innsbruck ,une belle expérience
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel,y compris le personnel de ménage.la grandeur de la chambre,le confort du lit.et la vue sur les montagnes.
La situation de l hotel,proche du centre et des transports gratuits avec la willcomen card que nous a donné l hotel à notre arrivée..
Nous avons garé la voiture et nous avons visité la ville et les villages alentour en bus,tram et train..une très agréable experience.

Cons:

Le parking est certes privé mais n est pas fermé donc pas trop sécurisé malgre les caméras de surveillance.

Zimmer war nicht sauber (Spinnennetz über dem Bett). Handtuch war nur eines da, Duschtuch ausreichend.
Personal nicht sehr freundlich.

We were so lucky to get the room with the amazing mountain view. I thoroughly enjoyed the Sauna and the wellness centre. The staff was helpful. I truly think of all the places I’ve stayed in Europe this was the most breathtaking because of the view and also, how clean the room was.

Perfect for Overnight Stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Austria Trend Hotel Congress Innsbruck. The location is excellent, right next to the Nordkette cable car station and within easy walking distance of the old town. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful mountain views. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options.
