Very good hotel in great location. Just a 10 minute walk to old town square. Rooms are large and spacious and great view
Pros:

Very well located facing the mountains. Large spacious room with very comfortable bed. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It’s overpriced specially when no complimentary breakfast is offered

Clean, reasonably priced lodging with great breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was included and very extensive. It was easy to walk to the center of the town for sightseeing. The price was good.

Cons:

The front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful. They need to work on that! The bathroom was rather odd, as it was a lot of opaque glass, which provided little privacy or sound proofing. While hand soap and lotion were provided, shampoo was not.

De locatie was top! Dicht bij het centrum en tegenover de Nordkettebahn.

Cons:

Gordijnen waren erg licht doorlatend. Hierdoor werd je vroeg wakker.

Nice hotel but the AC does not work
Pros:

Friendly staff, good breakfast, spacious room.

Cons:

Air conditioning does not work. Our party had four rooms on two floors and the AC did not work in any of them. The fan runs but no cool air is produced. .I asked the front desk to look at the AC in our room and never heard back. The hotel is on a noisy street so opening the window is not a good option.

Schönes, entspanntes Innsbruckwochenende mit der Familie
Pros:

das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Zentrum und man kann bequem viele Sehenwürdigkeiten erreichen. Das Frühstück war mehr als in Ordnung, gerne bekommt man (ohne Aufpreis) Spiegeleier oder einen Smoothie serviert. Die Betten waren wirklich bequem, da sind wir sehr empfindlich. Das Parkhaus ist gut gelegen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist mittlerweile schon etwas abgewohnt, beim Nachtkasterl fehlte ein Teil des Furniers, die Wände haben Gebrauchsspuren.
