Hotel in ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Innsbruck. Camera grande e moderna oltre che silenziosa.

Cons:

Avevo prenotato il parcheggio scrivendo un messaggio via booking ma al mio arrivo mi è stato detto che potevo parcheggiare in strada (tariffa giornaliera 22 euro) oppure nel parcheggio sotterraneo del vicino supermercato (tariffa giornaliera 25 euro) pagando la somma autonomamente. Ho scoperto poi che l' hotel ha dei posti riservati nel parcheggio del supermercato alla tariffa di 20 euro. Al di là della modesta differenza non ho trovato corretto il comportamento alla reception visto che avevo prenotato il parcheggio in anticipo e ho chiesto al mio arrivo.

Super hotel, sødt personale i restauranten

Cons:

Personalet glemte at informere om at vi ikke havde morgenmad inkluderet. Hverken under check ind eller da vi spise morgenmad i restauranten. Men de var ikke blege for at opkræve os 100 euro ved check ud. Utrolig dårlig service, og damen i receptionen var ikke enig i at de skulle informere om dette.

Estancia agradable para visitar la ciudad

Poder salir al jardín para desayunar
Estaba al lado del río para dar un paseo por la orilla
Estaba a 15 minutos andando del centro y con paradas de autobús muy cercanas.

Cons:

No había plaza disponible de parking, aunque había un parking al lado de un supermercado a 25 € la noche
El desayuno tenía poca variedad

koele inrichting en zakelijk personeel, haardroger op badkamer werkte niet, weinig volk in restaurant 's avonds, heel duur ontbijt !!
