La ubicación del hotel, el ambiente familiar. La playa es fantastica y el desayuno del hotel esta muy bien. La habitación, excelente.
Lo único el parking.
La vue sur la mer depuis la chambre, la piscine réservée au plus de 18 ans et le calme
Praia - apesar de ter uma rampa, bastante acentuada. A praia era óptima. Espreguiçadeiras e chapéus de sol a 25€ o dia.
O quarto era muito bom, os mais recentes do hotel (edifício 2000). Muito confortável!
A comida era óptima, muita variedade. O bar também oferecia cocktails com qualidade. O entretenimento também era ok.
Excelente para estadia em família.
Muito silencioso a partir das 22h30.
A limpeza dos quartos não esteve a 100% os dias todos. Alguns dias estava ok, outros nem por isso.

Excelente experiencia. Las instalaciones impecables, las habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias, y la atención del personal fue excepcional desde el primer momento. Destaco la amabilidad, profesionalidad y disposición para ayudar en todo lo necesario. El desayuno fue variado y de gran calidad, y la ubicación resultó perfecta. Sin duda, un hotel que supera las expectativas y al que volveré encantado. ¡Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable!

Niet voor mensen die het eiland willen verkennen en wat ouder zijn. veel trappen. mensen die van de hele dag bij het zwembad willen liggen is het prima
Les prestations globales de l'établissement sont cool. Les deux salles de sport sont plutôt bien équipées, le buffet est bon (même les desserts qui ne sont pas le point fort en Espagne :D).
La suite vue mer que nous avions était bien équipée et propre. Les piscines sont grandes et bien situées (avec vue sur la mer et chauffée) avec de nombreux transats à disposition.
Les aires de jeux pour les enfants sont agréables.
Le personnel est à l'écoute et serviable, ce qui est appréciable.
Possibilité de stationner la voiture de location dans la rue amenant à l'hôtel sans trop de souci à cette période niveau affluence (mi mai - et gratuit !).
Très satisfait du séjour dans l'ensemble - il est fort probable que nous revenions dans cet établissement à l'avenir !
Petits bémols sur la qualité de la literie, pas inconfortable, mais pourrait être meilleure pour le niveau de prestation proposé.
L'aire de jeux Pirate Island est géniale pour les petits, mais l'eau est vraiment très froide et donc compliqué pour les enfants malgré le beau temps extérieur (plus de 28 degrés au soleil).
Le personnel est incroyable. L'hôtel est magnifique. Le buffet fantastique .Rien à redire sur cet hôtel
Le seul bémol que je pourrais dire c'est qu'au mini disco personne ne parlait Français et ma fille ne comprenait pas et donc n'a pas osé au devant de la scène.

No complaints; the only thing that was not communicated by booking is that they charge 50% once booked even if you book free cancellation option.
