L’emplacement de l’hôtel. Le parking. Le petit déjeuner très complet.
La climatisation de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas. L’isolation de la fenêtre est à revoir. Il faut payer 1o euros par personne pour un bonnet de bain afin d’accéder à la piscine.

Quarto excelente, pequeno almoço com tudo, funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos limpeza 5 estrelas , pena que não tivemos tempo para aproveitar o Spa mas ficará para uma próxima.
Hotel 4* con preciosas vistas al río. El entorno es muy tranquilo y agradable y se puede bajar al centro del pueblo en 10 minutos.
Nuestra habitación familiar era muy amplia y cómoda, incluso con dos baños; camas cómodas y todo muy limpio. La masajista Carolina, muy buena, se esforzó en proporcionarnos un ratito de bienestar.
Si fuera un hotel de 3* le pondría un 8, pero siendo (y pagando) de 4, le pondria un 6.
La pena fue que en nuestra habitación al menos no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, lo comunicamos dos veces en recepción y no se nos dio solución en toda la semana. Afortunadamente hizo una temperatura estupenda, pero no es aceptable en un hotel de esta categoría, así como que nuestra habitación no tuviera acceso en ascensor.
Asimismo, el spa se supone que debería ser un espacio de descanso y relajación, y no con niños con flotadores gritando. Si se quiere una piscina de hotel al uso, se va a un hotel convencional. El alojamiento debería cuidar más este aspecto, ya que es uno de sus servicios estrella.
Por otro lado, las instalaciones necesitan una renovación (humedades, desconchones, manchas en la moqueta, cristales mejorables, etc).
Por último, el desayuno era completo pero igual podía variar un poco (alternar pavo y york con algún otro fiambre y queso) y abusar menos de la bollería industrial.
