Itens disponíveis para um típico “breakfast” inglês.
Jantar com desconto de 20% para os hóspedes num ambiente agradável e ótima comida (um exemplo: “wings” de couve flor).
Funcionários educados e super atenciosos.

Cons:

O chuveiro molhava um pouco o banheiro mas, ao comentar isso, nos trocaram de quarto.
A localização é boa, mas recomenda-se estar de carro. Até porque o estacionamento é amplo.

Was put in the furtherest room from reception it felt and as a woman alone that felt uncomfortable.
My room was sparse and didn’t feel very clean.

The staff were really friendly

Cons:

We had a problem with bathroom flooding, ended up with our belongings in one room on ground floor with us sleeping in another room on 2nd floor, made it really difficult for us.

Ok for the price, served the purpose for one night, breakfast was decent and very nice staff.
Pros:

Staff were excellent !!! Very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking, decent breakfast.

Cons:

The cleanliness could be a lot better, the shower isn’t great. The pillows were flat, no fridge. There is an ironing board and a hair drier, kettle tea and coffee.

Had a noisy smoke alarm in our room. Told the staff who quickly moved our room. Polite and with no fuss.

An attractive hotel on the outskirts of Maidstone, comfortable, reasonable price, just a bit shabby.
Pros:

Hotel restaurant offered attractive menu; breakfast was very good; plenty of on-site parking. Comfortable bed, thought the room was quite warm.

Cons:

There was no lift. A bit of a slog with bags and equipment to the second floor.
