Peaceful location after a long day
Pros:

Room was great, everything I needed for my stay and comfortable bed.
Lovely location and easy to get to .
Staff were friendly and helpful. I would happily book to stay her again while working in the area.

Cons:

I dont like that you have to spend £12.50 for the breakfast options. I only ever have a really small breakfast one egg, 1 rasher of bacon a sausage and a piece of toast,
Could you not offer amaller breakfast options or price per item breakfasts so there is choice. £12.50 seemed a big charge for what i wanted

Great location, friendly staff. But outdated and definitely needs aircon

Staff friendliness, great location as away from town so nice and quiet

Cons:

Ants issue in bedroom, no apology but told it was the time of year. Unable to make a coffee on last morning due to ants being in the kettle. Bathroom outdated and chipped floor tiles.

I had 3 people stay who were working for me and the rooms had torn carpet, shower had no power, the pictures on the advert r not what u get.

Wonderful staff .. great stay.
Pros:

We were really impressed - all staff were very welcoming, happy and couldn't do enough. We got complimentary pink lemonades at check in and help with our cases.
We even had fans in our rooms- great touch given the heatwave atm .

Yes the rooms are a little dated but are clean with comfy beds. I'd asked for ground floor (which was given) . A walk in shower was in one n a shower over the bath in the other room .
We had an evening meal which was delicious and 2 breakfasts which were really good.
We were more than happy especially at the price we paid ! We ll definitely come back .

Cons:

Rooms slightly dated. But for a low cost hotel we really couldn't fault anything

Would definitely stay again. Good location, easy parking and excellent staff.
Pros:

There were some service problems in th resturant in the evening, offered discount as compensation. Were not told on check in that breakfast was from 6.30am to 8.30am, Arrived for breakfast after it had closed at 8.45am. Staff did everything to help, resulting in us having a complete breakfast.
These efforts desreve recognition!

Cons:

No air condtioning, but not expected within the price.
