Unfortunately we were quite eager to check out and would think twice about booking a room here again

Nice building but very tired appearance
Restaurant was good

Cons:

Bedroom outdated and run down. All furniture propped up with cardboard, no bedside lamps, dirty toilet, bathroom door swollen and rubbing on floor, part of ceiling light fitting fell off when we entered the room! My partner put it back up! At least 3 beers had run out at the bar and we were offered a warm beer which we subsequently returned for a refund.

Pros:

The bed was really comfortable. The location to the channel tunnel is ideal.

Cons:

Where to start: Dirty bedroom. Extremely expensive for 1 glass of wine and a corona £17. Lack of customer service is shockingly bad, we were ignored in the restaurant, a young surly girl with glasses was really rude. Nobody came to check on us in the restaurant, we had to go and find staff. The food is not good and quite expensive, you'd get better at your local Indian. Our room 5, overlooks a scruffy back yard, curtains were torn, its like its not been decorated since the 60's. I would 100% not recommend this hotel

Pros:

Hotellet havde lækker morgenmad og meget hjælpsomt personale. Hyggelig bar og restaurant.

Cons:

Værelserne trængte til en opdatering og grundig rengøring.
Det var sindssygt varmt på værelset pga varmerør, der gik gennem værelset og som ikke kunne lukkes for.

Le parking sur place

Hôtel très difficile à localiser car n'est pas situé sur la ville de Maidstone.Malgre les infos données sur le GPS on ne trouvait pas. C'est un couple de Britanniques qui a fait le chemin devant nous pour nous conduire à destination ! Le paiement de la nuit était prépayé mais nous avons du régler à l'arrivée 1 livre pour ???.La chambre à priori correcte ne l'était pas : traces de sang sur le matelas au niveau de la tête, drap du dessous trop petit pour cacher les tâches... Traces de sang également sur la chaise ainsi que dans la salle de bain. Aurait il fallu appeler l'inspecteur Barnaby ?? Petit déjeuner moyen

Comfy Bed , Breakfast okay. Young Lad on Breakfast was sooo helpful. (Sorry Didn't get the name)

Rooms very tired. Furniture old , TV is an Internet TV and Internet was.slow so kept buffering.
Could definitely do with a update/refresh. Room was very very hot fan provided but didnt help.
Breakfast was good but coffee machine hit and miss. Last day Breakfast was woeful. No eggs cooked once eaten. No Brown bread Server not very helpful. Price wasn't bad but id only stay again if nothing else.

Pros:

étape pratique pour prendre le tunnel le lendemain, très bel façade.

Cons:

Chambre très ancienne et minimaliste, lit confortable, mais par ces jours de canicules, le radiateur était tiède et les conduits (vers ce dernier) étaient brûlants, ce qui a bien sûr aidé à réchauffer la chambre pendant tout le séjour et bien sûr pas de climatisation. Rideaux non-occultants. Le ménage n'est pas fait pendant le séjour, sauf avec un supplément.
