Bien, gracias a Pablo y a la ubicación que es inmejorable!
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, y Pablo especialmente, súper amable y dispuesto para consultas y ayudar!!

Cons:

La atención en el room service, pedimos una vez y nunca se llevaron la bandeja, 24hs hasta que yo la dejé en el pasillo.
Para su precio, ni tener una cafetera además de calentador de agua, y no tener café en cápsulas, ya no va. Solo había café soluble y nunca en los 3 días nos repusieron los sobres. Así que después del primer día ya no tuvimos café en la habitación.
Detalles que por el precio que tienen siento son de muy baja atención.

Friendly property in beautiful upmarket area but within easy reach of all the sights
Pros:

Location was leafy, quiet and felt safe. Proximity to Retiro Park and Metro system a bonus. Staff (especially Rebecca) were all charming, happy and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent, breakfast room was comfy and inviting and waiting staff efficient and friendly. Vibe of hotel was up-market but not stuffy. Everything a good boutique hotel should be. Would definitely recommend.
