Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, está ubicado a la vuelta de la gran vía. Las estancias del hotel son muy buenas, el desayuno delicioso, y la atención del personal muy bien.

Cons:

No durar mucho tiempo en Madrid, sin duda volvería y me alojaría nuevamente en este hotel.

Ubicación , atención, Laura y las chicas del aseo las mejores también los del desayuno .

Cons:

Extrañé un lugar para estar el cafecito etc estaban en remodelaciones y la verdad afectaba . Las puertas de los baños mal no existe privacidad no cierran

Pros:

La atención en recepción de la señorita que nos realizó hoy el check out. El desayuno, su variedad y jugos naturales. Las camas cómodas. Por suerte nos cambiaron de habitación, la primera en el ático era incómoda.

Construction zone. Clean and centrally located but I wouldn’t book again

Central location and very friendly staff. We were moved to a second room was much better and more spacious.

Cons:

I felt as though I’d been catfished.

There was construction inside the hotel which was not advertised. Besides the noise, the lobby looked uninviting with white boards pieced together to create a wall behind the lobby.

My initial room had a steep slanted ceiling which was unacceptable. The staff kindly moved us to a different room.
