Pros:

If you like visiting convenience stores, there are many near this place.

Cons:

The rooms are generally quite small. It’s hard to organize your luggage in the room. Only the Premium Quadruple Room has enough space to move around.

Cons:

馬桶第一天就發現蓋子掀開，從鏡子看到內溝沒刷乾淨，第二天早上馬上通知櫃檯人員，晚上回來依然沒處理.隔天早上剛好碰到女清潔人員（可能是印度人），用簡單英語跟她說，晚上回房間仍然一樣，心裡想日航子公司，怎麼也會這樣跟我以前住過飯店、商務旅館或舊式榻榻米也不會如此，第四天早上又遇到印度男服務生，我直接帶他進去指給他看，晚上回來終於乾淨了，我是台灣人，雖然大部分台灣人雖然不能跟日本比乾淨度，但是我每天洗澡會順便洗廁所，我較在意廁所乾淨度，其他ok

Cons:

There’s a bright blue light on the ceiling, I suppose is a smoke alarm or something, but it’s impossible to sleep with that brightness.
There must be be a way to hide that horrible blue light.
Also, there were very noisy Chinese people next door unfortunately, they kept shouting even after midnight.

スーツケースと手荷物と歳の母を見てすぐに台車を用意して部屋まで荷物を持ってきてくれた。
