Cons:

El trato de la persona de recepción fue extremadamente desagradable. Mi madre, una anciana minusválida había perdido el dni en el ave. La persona que nos atendió en recepción no paraba de resoplar y de hablar de mala manera. No entiendo que en hoteles de este nivel dispensen este trato. Por supuesto no volveremos.

AC La Finca Madrid a disappointment!
Pros:

Location, proximity to rugby pitch

Cons:

Foul odour through hotel and room bathroom.
Electricity issues, lighting and power sockets, and tv. Can provide video if necessary.
