a Mediterranean gem
Pros:

The Grey is truelly a gem.From my arrival all the staff were so hospitable.The whole vibe of the place is very Mediterranean,you forget that you are in the middle of the city.I stayed in room 13.I found it very comfortable and the mini bar convinient.I love the big beds.Even though there is no ellevator there were staff to help me with my luggage.As a solo traveller I felt safe at the hotel.I found it to be good value for money.

Cons:

The rooftop bar was closed for the winter season...understandable though.

Pros:

Great location if you are spending some time in Dewaterkant. Staff was very friendly with pleasant check in and check out process. Rooms are compact but well appointed.

Cons:

Breakfast options were a little on the spartan side, rather pick one of the many other places in walking distance.

Perfectly positioned in a nice area. Very helpful checking in staff.

Cons:

Our bed was clearly not clean. We were given a new room. Rooms are really small, nowhere to open a big suitcase. Completely clear glass on bathroom door, no privacy whatsoever.
