Days Inn by Wyndham Springfield/Phil.Intl Airport

Facilities outdated and not kept up. Lights not working, broken fixtures in the restroom, security latch on door hanging on by a single screw, almost gone as well. Staff not very friendly, did not seem to care that our room had so many issues.

Bed sheets was not changed an als the second they put me in smelled like someone has been smoking inside the i reported the customer service representative who helped me change the room because of that I need to change the room 3 times

Hair in tub and TV did not work

When checking in, requested bottom floor room, was not a problem. First room had several issues with it. Lamp in the middle of the beds not working. Toilet paper holder broken on one side. Towel bar coming off wall a bit. Door security latch hanging on by one screw.

Went back to the office and on the way looked in a few rooms that were empty and looked good. Asked to change rooms and the employee says she doesn't have any other rooms on the bottom floor. The lot is near empty and I mention one that I could see looked like it was clean and ready to go. She says well it says dirty that it hasn't been cleaned yet. I told her it looked like it had to me. She said you can check it out if you want but I don't think you'll like it. We went to check it out and sure enough, more issues. Toilet paper holder broken on both sides, refrigerator had the little freezer section completely missing. We needed the freezer section so decided to go back to our original room. The employee didn't really seem to care that there were issues in the room and did not offer any options for moving or helping us find a nice one.

At some point had either a mouse or rat in the room. After coming back from a long day and packing up to leave the next day, noticed bits of plastic and raisins on the floor where I picked up my bag of snacks I bought at Target. Went and looked at the bag, sure enough hole in one corner of the bag and bottom corner of the trail mix I bought.

The toilet would move every time you sat down. Definitely could use a few small upgrades.

My first room had a roach running around in it. They upgraded me to a king room. Wasn't much better. Had to wipe down everything in the room. Looked like they cleaned it with mop water!

I am concerned about the slipperiness of the bathtub/shower finish where you have to stand and move. Though clean and shiny, it could definitely pose a danger to anyone of any age when getting in or out when it is wet. I hope that you seriously look into correcting it.

The suite that I stayed in room 101 mold damage shelves a foul smell Jacuzzi system did not work doors, broken AC unit broken damage vents doors squeaked lights were very damn and I refer anybody not to say at this facility out in Springfield Pennsylvania. it was absolutely horrifying straight out of a horror movie. also, I was able to post one picture up the person that you see in the picture. This lady was absolutely rude not only to me as a guest. She was rude to the other customers as well and whatever you do please don’t say certain things to her. It seems to me. She has anger issues too so that’s pretty much it.

I disliked everything. Dirty, smelly room. Rude staff. Lies about amenities. Complete dump. No safe in room, had item stolen from room.
