Location, facility, staff ideal for our needs
Pros:

The staff especially thos in the restaurant were exceptionally polite and very adaptable, wonderful people made our stay a joyous experience

Cons:

Very minor but restocking the mini bar might be better, but a very minor point

Perfect!
Pros:

We wanted peace and quiet. Did NOT want a 'high rise' motel, or anything noisy or the feeling of crowds. We got lovely peace and quiet, a motel that could have been in the country but was central to everything we needed. Very discreet staff, everyone was wonderful.

Cons:

Only our timing could have been better and the restaurant available Sunday night. Not a big issue though and it is in construction for better facilities.

Pros:

I loved being able to use the gym. Pool was not working however.

Cons:

i would have liked a few luxury amenities in the room for me eg robe. The room coffee was poor, these days we expect better in hotels: at least coffee bags.

Booked because of pool - POOL WAS EMPTY WITH NO NOTICE

Reception staff were friendly, rooms were made nicely.

Cons:

The reason I chose this accommodation over other options was because of the pool. THE POOL WAS EMPTY WHEN I GOT THERE - WITH ABSOLUTELY NO NOTICE IN MY BOOKING OR WHEN CHECKING IN. If I had known the pool was not available, I would have cancelled my booking. Extremely disappointing.

Excellent service, food and facilities.
Pros:

I love this property, I drive from Bathurst to see my son and daughter in law and love to stay in my favourite room, room 60. Jess made sure that I had my favourite room. Such amazing service, breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delivered on time. The only place that I will stay when I come to Sydney, already planning my next trip. Well done to everyone.
