Cons:

При заселении удерживается на карте депозит в 200% от стоимости проживания (4000 CNY), прошло два дня после проживания, а разница по сумме депозита (2400 CNY) на карту ещё не вернулась. Отель совершенно не соответствует уровню Ritz-Carlton, очень среднее качество, цена как бы тоже не заоблачная, но сервис и отношение к гостям не соответствует даже такой цене, все намного хуже. Отель вообще не новый, в комнатах пахнет сыростью и никотином, из душа выливается вода и заливает весь пол ванной. Итальянский ресторан не рекомендую, не вкусно и не красиво: окна закрашены как в больнице, вид на город отсутствует, дизайн и сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Это было мое первое посещение Пекина и, к сожалению, из-за этого отеля впечатление было испорчено.

An unforgatebke stay with attention to each detail

Perfection and the super high standards of any ritz, beautiful room and premises, super conveniently located and the most amazing staff

Cons:

The most incredible and helpful team of people specially the client relations in charge who assisted me while I was not feeling well. The service was perfect.

Цена прямо сильно ниже, чем уровень отеля. К счастью)
Ритц это ритц, по качеству вопросов нет.
Два момента:
1. Еда после 21-00 могла быть вкуснее :)))
2. Не весь персонал хорошо разговаривает на английском) хотелось бы чуть больше гибкости в этом отношении)

В остальном - адский восторг)

Pros:

Location is great, next to a upscale mall. Restaurants, Café, many choices that suits foreigners. There's a fresh supermarket and Popmart next to each other in the basement level. Perfect for last minute shopping.

Cons:

Interior furniture needs a update, bathtub sealing needs find a real skill worker.
Breakfast station is so scattered, a fresh pot of hot coffee would be much better than a cold machine,guests have to wonder how to operate.

Einfach Perfekt!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Lage war topp und mit Didi alles einfach zu erreichen. Besonders hervorheben und bedanken möchte ich mich bei Itziar und Candy aus dem Club. Itziar hat alles super für meine Frau zum Valentinstag vorbereitet. Der Blumenstrauß war riesig und das Zimmer toll geschmückt, auch für unserem Sohn lag ein kleines Geschenk im Zimmer. Candy hat uns im Club jeden Wunsch sofort erfüllt und war wunderbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
