Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city
Pros:

The hotel is extremely well located. Staff are welcoming and the rooms are a good size. Breakfast has a plentiful selection, and the evening supper is a great idea. Afternoon tea and cookies round off the homey feeling.

Cons:

The carpets are a bit old, and the bathrooms in need of a spruce up, but then this wouldn’t most like lead to increased prices.

I would not like to have a bedroom similar to the one we stayed in

great location in Bergen - excellent food at breakfast and diner - courtesy of staff

Cons:

Disappointed in bedroom - felt claustrophobic - bed was too soft,felt you has to stay away from edge in case you fell out -
very poor storage,bedside cabinets would have been better than just a shelf.

It’s really nice! But the room for 2 nights 850€ with some problems in bathroom (not comfortable shower) and some not fresh things in the room - it’s disappointing.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

We absolutely loved the beds.. So so comfortable. It was like being wrapped in a super down duvet.
The staff were also very helpful.
Also lovely was the fact that a light dinner and tea were included in the price. We've never had that before in a hotel
And the view from the tower is a must

Cons:

The statue of a dog in reception. And I felt sorry for the staff having to wear that bizarre uniform.

Pros:

L'accueil et le service sont très chaleureux et très professionnels.
L'hôtel est très confortable, magnifiquement décoré et très bien situé.
La nourriture de la demie pension est très bonne et équilibrée, très appréciable compte tenu des prix des restaurants en Norvège.

Pros:

Hotel très cocoon. Le personnel est charmant, la cuisine maison trés bonne et emplacement parfait. Un goûter bien agréable l après- midi :)

Cons:

Que l on doive utiliser des verres en matières recyclées pour la boisson du goûter m a beaucoup surpris. Ces verres qui finissent à la poubelle. De vraies tasses correspondaient mieux au standing de l hôtel et à son esprit écologique. Mais c est un détail. Tout le reste est parfait
