Pros:

Location and they saved dinner for us as we arrived late.

Cons:

Had booked taxi with front desk two days before departure to catch flight but taxi did not come and staff did not go out of their way to give any recommendation. Simply said Taxi has not been dispatched. Had to call Uber by myself and was more than 30 mins late compared to original plan. I relied on staff input to take taxi rather than airport bus and had unnecessary stress.

Nice hotel in great location, which includes a great breakfast and simple dinner.
Pros:

We enjoyed the walkable location on the Bergen waterfront. It was close enough to walk to everything without being right in the middle of all tourist activities. The room was spotless with a nice view if a bit small. The hotel provided a wonderful breakfast buffet and a free simple dinner; a homestyle main dish and a small buffet of sides. The dinner came in handy when we came back tired from a full day excursion. No need to race out to a restaurant, or worry about having a reservation. There is a nice bar on site and a lovely rooftop lookout if you ask the front desk for the key.

Cons:

There wasn’t much luggage or hanging space in the room. Also, the bedding was just a duvet which was too warm for mid-summer, even in Norway.

Good place to stay in central Bergen.
Pros:

The location is superb, right on the quayside at Bryggen. Comfortable room, breakfast and dinner were good. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons:

Bit of a wait to use the elevator when a group arrived. Often used the stairs!

We had an incredible stay and the staff were terrrific!
Pros:

Dinner and breakfast were both very nice and delicious. It was a real bonus to have dinner included with our stay.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Tom in the dining area went out of his way to help us. The staff at the reception area were great too. Emilia was extremely helpful!!

The location of the hotel was incredible and it was so nice looking over the water!! We loved Bergen!
