Je indeling van kamer 321 was heerlijk ruim opgezet. Tevens waren de aangeboden maaltijden erg lekker.
Hygiëne van de kamer. Echt ver benedenmaats.
En de luchtontreiniger in de kamer blaast erg hard en het ruikt regelmatig in de kamer naar riool.
We stayed twice, before we boarded the Havila Ferry and afterwards. We had breakfast, dinner, as well as enjoyed the afternoon tea one of the days. They provided gluten free options, and had a variety of foods during both meals. This was the most comfortable room we stayed in during our time in Oslo and Bergen. We did not like the view into the courtyard the first stay but the corner room facing the water was lovely. Both rooms had the most comfortable bed and linens of our stays in Norway. They also had heated towel racks and room to hand your clothes, a desk and chair. The hotel was recently renovated so kept all its charm plus modern comforts. I would only book this hotel if I return to Bergen. Communications with management was also excellent.

Früstück war okay, Brot, Früchte, Yoghurt, Kaffee gut....
Rührei beim Frühstück schlecht, die Säfte eine Katastrophe (wässrig).....Das in der Werbung erwähnte Abendessen war sehr einfach und nicht gut gekocht. Zudem war der Service generell in diesem Hotel nicht gut, Getränke mussten in der Bar selbst geholt werden, die Preise dazu viel zu hoch. Zimmer wurde nur gemacht, wenn man darum bat....Die Receptionsmitarbeiterin bei unserer Ankunft am Abend um 21.30 Uhr war mürrisch und unfreundlich.
Buena ubicación, habitación espaciosa con buen aseo. Buena presión de agua en la ducha, tiene tina y la temperatura del agua tan caliente como se quiera. El desayuno y la cena muy convenientes con variedad y calidad de alimentos. También tiene sauna y baño turco. El personal es muy atento. La habitación con vista interna amplia y muy silenciosa, sin ruido alguno.
No es posible graduar la temperatura de la habitación con exactitud, se puede seleccionar una temperatura relativa al exterior pero no la temperatura exacta deseada en la habitación. A pesar de que el aseo en general es bueno, había algo de polvo en el extractor del baño.

The downstairs lobby was very nice, comfortable and inviting. Loved the afternoon tea. Breakfast was good. Light dinner was wonderful to have available by very repetitive, so not for more than one night. Staff was very nice, friendly, helpful and accommodating with luggage holds, etc. The location was great!
View of office courtyard, lit all night. The bed was saggy. Not comfortable and the comforter was in two parts, so didn't cover.
Breakfast good, buffet dinner was good and a nice amenity for just a one night stay while we were still jet lagged.
All round the hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff were great and very helpful. The evening meal which was included in our stay was tasty and good value. This was served as a buffet option. The lounge was always very welcoming after a Bergen wet day!
The evening meal cut off time seemed quite prompt. I would have prefered it to be later, this would as well stop the busy period from which the meal is offered.
This Hotel was in the best location. The staff were so helpful and nothing seemed to be a bother. The breakfast and light dinner were exceptional. We didn’t stay for afternoon tea as we were out and about. The Hotel also offer a steam room and Sauna. We used the sauna and it was just what we needed. Overall we were so happy we stayed here.

Location and they saved dinner for us as we arrived late.
Had booked taxi with front desk two days before departure to catch flight but taxi did not come and staff did not go out of their way to give any recommendation. Simply said Taxi has not been dispatched. Had to call Uber by myself and was more than 30 mins late compared to original plan. I relied on staff input to take taxi rather than airport bus and had unnecessary stress.

Keine Dienstleistungen, weder im Zimmer noch beim Frühstück und Nachtessen. Bei einer zeitigen Abreise in der Früh Richtung Flughafen, keine Flexibilität betreffend Frühstück, konsequent erst ab 7 Uhr. Qualität und Dienstleistung beim Nachtessen wie in einer Kantine.
