Pros:

Great location and the breakfast and dinner were both amazing. The room was comfortable and the staff was helpful.

Cons:

We booked parking far ahead of time and due to construction it was cancelled but they didn't tell us until the day of our reservation. The bathroom door in the standard room also has glass and is see-through in parts.

Everything was perfect. Staff, food, view, and close to everything.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner were awesome! Could not have asked for anything better. Your staff is unbelievable, they are kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and always smiling ! A special acknowledgment to ELIN, Gabriella and Seva. They all went above and beyond.

Cons:

The only thing I can say is that our room was a little small. We love the view, but next time I would have to get a larger room.

Schönes Bar/Lobby. Betten bequem, freundliches Personal, super Zimmer, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Gemessen am Preis kleine Zimmer, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt nur wenige und teure Hotelparkplätze, alternativ parken in noch hochpreisigerem Parkhaus.

Pros:

Fabulous position. The staff were endlessly cheerful despite having been on duty for over 30 days in a row to ensure the hotel stayed open despite a national strike that forced the flood many nearby hotels.

Pros:

The all inclusive package which included breakfast and dinner didn’t meet expectations. There was only one choice of main course, meat both times. Both “stew” type dishes which we found acceptable but not good value

Hotel was disappointing and not as good as it used to be 8 years ago

Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

Lack of storage space in bedroom. We had to live out of suitcases. For a hotel in this price bracket, one should have a chest of drawers for each guest in order to enable one to unpack

Lovely place, great staff.
Pros:

Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was good and staff there were all wonderful. Woman serving coffee was outgoing and knew 4-5 languages!

Cons:

We encountered the time of a strike. So no dinner was provided. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests.

Very good breakfast. Comfortable room.
There was a hospitality strike during my stay . My room price was not decreased to react to the lack of dinner , which should have been included in my “half board”.

Cons:

Apparently, my room did not include a robe. The hotel includes a hot and dry sauna. I did ask about a robe when I checked in . It took over 24 hours to get a robe. Why would you not have robes in order to use the sauna . They do not have a spa . Why would you not include a robe in all rooms??
