Disappointing

Cons:

I have visited with my wife and parents & we have requested rooms to be together but we didn't room together, not even on the same floor. Also, As mentioned during the booking that check in time is 3 PM, we were there at 2:58 PM and waited for the room till 3.55 PM which is quite unexpected for a 5 star hotel. My parents even mentioned that 3 start/ 4 star hotels has better check in process and no waiting time.

Schickes Stadthotel in Super Lage.
Pros:

Super Lage, hochwertig ausgestattetes Hotel mit allem was man bei vier Sternen erwartet. Tolle Zimmer, schönes Badezimmer, fantastisches Frühstück, guter Service, super Parkhaus, tolle Bar. Außerhalb der Messe-Zeiten bezahlbare Zimmer.

Cons:

Zimmer war um 15:00 Uhr noch nicht fertig, da der Room Service noch nicht abgeschlossen war, Erkrankungen des Servicepersonal laut Mitarbeiter im Empfang. Konnten erst um 16:00 Uhr ins Zimmer,kein Drama, aber unschön, haben dann noch kurz außerhalb einen Kaffee getrunken. Nett wäre es gewesen, wenn man uns den Kaffee vor Ort spendiert hätte.

Best place to stay in Cologne
Pros:

The bed is very comfortable. The location is less than 10 min walking to the station, the cathedral, and the river. The room itself is big with a kingbed and mini fridge. The front desk is friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. So far, it was the best room we stayed in Europe.

Cons:

There is no microwave.

Zeer mooi ontbijtbuffet , daar we daar waren met een baby gingen we aan de late kant ontbijten en was alles niet meer beschikbaar

It was not bad overall.
Pros:

Proximity; Barely used an uber to get around, You can almost walk everywhere you want to cause it’s close to the station and some of the attractions as well.
Cast iron grill was really good too, though a bit expensive.

Cons:

Not much. Didn’t like that you had to call to request for slippers and bathrobes. And the complimentary water was just for the first day.
Breakfast buffet had a limited selection of food as well so it didn’t feel like it was worth the money.
