Hôtel très calme, chambre propre et petit-déjeuner varié.
Pros:

Le cadre, le buffet du petit-déjeuner et le personnel.

Cons:

Nous n"avons pas pu profiter de la wifi.
Et ce malgré l'aide du personnel.

Patogi vieta, per 5 minutes gali pasiekti katedrą, geležinkelio stotį, Reino krantinę.
Puikūs pusryčiai, skanus maistas. Menu gal ir nėra labai didelis, bet produktai labai kokybiški.
Paslaugus personalas.

Cons:

Vienas iš keturių liftų neveikė. Kito lifto iškvietimo jungiklį reikėdavo kelis kartus stipriai stuktelėti, kad suveiktų.
Oro kondicionavimo sistemos valdymas jau kiek pasenęs, pasirinkimas šilčiau/šalčiau šiais laikais nelabai žavi.
Vandens spaudimas duše galėtų būti didesnis.

Exellent service and facilities in a convenient location and easily accessed by car
Pros:

The hotel is close to the Cathedral, City Centre and pedestian area but is easily accessed by car and the hotel has it's own secure underground car park (although maneouvering is tight between the pillars). Arriving in August, the air conditioning was an essential for our trip and very welcome. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the breakfast selection and service was excellent. Although only an overnight stay on our drive to Southern Germany we would have happily stayed longer and used it as a base to explore Cologne

Un hotel bunicel insa nu de 5 stele.
Pros:

Este un hotel ok insa nu de 5 stele.

Cons:

Faptul ca iti blocheaza in avans o garantie, pe card, de 50 euro pe noapte. Nu inteleg rostull acestei proceduri atat timp cat minibarul din camera este gol. Iar deblocarea/returnarea banilor se face dupa 45 de zile. Din punctul meu de vedere aceasta practica este abuziva si nelegala.

Buen hotel pero con un servicio de recepción inaceptable
Pros:

La habitación, cómoda y de buen tamaño

Cons:

El servicio de recepción de check in. Un absoluto desastre, una espera de más de media hora, con poca gente y muy poco eficiente
