The property is partially adapted for people with reduced mobility. There are access ramps and 2 partially adapted rooms, which have handrails in the bathroom and bath tubs.
The establishment has an environmental control thermostat that regulates the temperature of the building, being heating in the winter season and air conditioning in the summer, with a regulating device in the room so that within the mode in which the building is located ( cold/heat depending on the month we are in) it is the user themselves who can control it.

Super location
Very tiny room with colon in the middle. Walls are dirty and ruined.

The location is good.
Two things... A/C was not cooling, and given the high temperatures this days, sleeping was poor. Drinking water... they only give you a bottle for the first night, afterwards, nothing. I'm happy we didn't run out of toilet paper, It would have been bad if I had to go and buy the next roll myself.
Friendly staff, clean and beautiful location. My room overlooking the beach was a delight to wake up to.gtreat position.

The location is pretty good, very close to El Sardinero beach and also close to some restaurants and cafes. If you have a seaview room the view is very beautiful. The breakfast was very nice with a large variety of meals. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If in need of a parking place, there are parking places nearby, both paid or free.
The windows are not good enough and even though I had a room with street view at the third floor I heard a lot of noise from outside.
Also, from inside there was a lot of noise from the other rooms. I was able to hear the TV from the next room.
It wasn’t like a nightmare with such a lot of noise, but it would have been more comfortable to have more noise cancellation.
The position is perfect, near the sea and many good restaurants nearby.
We had a fantastic room, large with sea view.

Mala relación calidad-precio. La habitación es muy pequeña, no hay ni un solo cajón para guardar la ropa (apenas media balda en el armario y media docena de perchas), por lo que si vas más de tres días es incomodísimo. Al llegar teníamos una silla y un sillón para sentarnos, pero el segundo día nos quitaron el sillón si avisar ni dar más explicaciones, a pesar de haber solicitado que lo repusieran. El horario de limpieza de habitación es caótico. En general parece como si fuera un hotel recién inaugurado y falto de cierta organización y orden. La experiencia no es acorde con el precio.
