L’emplacement était très bien et la chambre vue mer était parfaite

Cons:

Le parking, il n’y a pas de parking réellement attitré à l’hôtel et donc nous nous sommes garer assez loin de l’hôtel

excelente ubicación para sector el sardinero
Pros:

hotel de excelente ubicación por la cercanía a la playa y a otras atracciones turísticas. debe considerarse que no tiene estacionamiento pero no es dificultoso encontrar alrededor.

Cons:

difícil acceso con equipaje pesado, hay que usar peldaños dado que no hay rampa, tanto para acceder al lobby como hacia las habitaciones. El desayuno es bueno pero podría mejorarse.

Pros:

Staff was absolutely wonderful and so helpful, breakfast was good and overall atmosphere was really nice. Location was excellent, I had a lovely view of El Sardinero beach, and could easily walk to restaurants and shops.

Cons:

I think my expectations were high because of the price and wording of 'deluxe'. It was not a luxurious experience and the hotel is on the older side and needs to be renovated for sure, paint chips, bathroom was not great, but everything did work and was clean. Just not the highest quality or level and expensive for what it was.

Pues que no te engañen con fotos que son mentira

La ubicación, el personal y muy cómoda la cama

La habitación era abuardillada con vistas al mar por unos ojos de buey que no existían, no tiene rampas para subir y bajar la maleta y tienes que solicitar los elementos de aseo, Cepillo de dientes maquina de afeitar, esponja para zapatos etc, vamos todo en general

Thoroughly recommended
Pros:

Great location, a few yards from the sea. Plus, we’d booked (and were given) a room either a sea view, in the fourth floor. This is an ideal base for the Sardinero area.

Cons:

On arrival, we were unable to park outside the main entrance nor could we locate the hotel’s own (or recommended) car park. Eventually we found space in a nearby public car park which was free and thus saved us Euros 22 per day. The hotel needs to clarify its guidance on its own parking location.
