Close to a view of the flals. Very comfortable, very nice breakfast, perfect for a weekend stay.
Pros:

If faced the Skylon tower, not the worst view because we were not facing the falls.

Cons:

It did not include bed turning service.

Good, but pillows need improvement.
Pros:

This location is perfect. It is a 15 minute walk from Clifton Hill. It is about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the horseshoe, and you can see the smaller falls right from the location. Entertainment and great dinner options are just up the street. The noise was not an issue at all. Staff were kind and efficient. The breakfast was plentiful and good, with the exception of very little fruit.

Cons:

The pillows. You go to a hotel to get a good sleep, but not everyone likes giant pillows that incline your head. I had an awful sleep because of the pillows. My husband resorted to using a towel instead. To ALL hotels out there: Consider a better pillow selection (or we have experienced hotels that have a pillow menu). The lack of a good sleep put a major damper in the following day.

The other issue was the curtains. We enjoy blackout curtains since we rarely get to sleep in. The curtains are strange in that the middle was not blackout - I think for aesthetics. This needs improvement along with an update of the room.
