starting from the front disk lady not friendly at all and very rud, the AC and Heating is bad, when i turne it on, its started smelling cockroach and some dean flies came of, whol room was stnky smell, cleaning is very bad

Parking and breakfast included
There was an adjoining room attached to ours. The guest in that room were VERY loud until 2 am. Talking and laughing. Sounded like they were in our room. Door thin.
The Beds were not comfortable. Mine had a big dip in the middle of it.
Shower had shampoo and lotion. No conditioner.
I never thought I would be as underserved and poorly accommodated as in this hotel.
I didn't like everything, the room is not as described in the photos. Dirty room, air-conditioning with a lot of noise, the person upstairs when using the bathroom makes a lot of noise and the smell unbearable. I will never go back to this hotel.
