Amazing location and balcony view of the falls, though the rooms and breakfast were disappointing
Pros:

Location was perfect, right by the falls, we even got a falls view from our Balcony.

Cons:

Hotel is outdated, rooms felt dirty, breakfast was mediocre. The pillows were far too bulky, I woke up with a stiff neck, the bed was ok.

Pros:

The location was excellent. The room was clean quite a good size. Had a view of the Falls and saw the fireworks from the room. Parking was free.

I've stayed here before but never in the tower. That's where I'll stay again. The view was great!

Buena ubicación para visitar las cataratas y descansar una noche.

La ubicación es perfecta para visitar las cataratas andando y con un centro comercial enfrente para comer.

Cons:

Habitación vieja sin persiana con poca intimidad al estar a pié de calle y sin cortina. Poca iluminación en la habitación. Gestión del dinero en depósito deficiente.

- Le parking gratuit, la proximité des attractions et l'accès à la piscine.
- Nous avons apprécié les distributeurs de savon rechargeables pour leur aspect "sauvegarde de l'environnement" et le non gaspillage.
- Un bon point également pour le micro-ondes et la cafetière à l'accueil.

Cons:

- Notre carte magnétique d'accès à la chambre était défectueuse. Nous comprenons que lorsqu'il y a des personnes à enregistrer, ça peut être difficile de répondre à notre problème. L'hôtesse d'accueil doit néanmoins comprendre que si nous payons une chambre ça n'est pas pour rester sur le parking.
- La carte magnétique a été une seconde fois défectueuse durant le séjour.

- Quelques difficultés à se faire comprendre quand on ne parle pas couramment l'anglais (langue maternelle : français).

- pour assurer la clarté et l'intimité des chambres, il pourrait être intéressant d'ajouter des rideaux (voilage) en plus des rideaux occultants.
