Près des services et des attractions

Cons:

Le personnel à notre arrivée pas très courtois pas de sourire nous avions l’impression de déranger quand on comprends pas puisque nous parlons pas en anglais c’est la moindre des choses de prendre ça en souriant et essayer de faire comprendre avec bonne humeur par la suite manquais des serviettes donc nous sommes aller en chercher à l’accueil nous en avons eu une de plus mais toujours pas de courtoisie et la deuxième soirée notre carte magnétique ne fonctionnais plus toujours les même personnes à l’accueil et toujours le même service pour nous ça sera la dernière fois à cette endroit dommage car c’étais notre deuxième visite à Niagara dans cette hôtel et sera la dernière du moins à cette endroit je pense au final que cette hôtel a besoin d’amour autant en personnel a l’accueil que dans les chambres et j’oubliais faudrais prévoir plus de table au déjeuner puisqu’il est compris mais pas assez de place pour les clients mais par contre le repas du déjeuner étais bon

Good location, poor hôtel maintenance and renovation
Cons:

There is a smell of mold and dampness in the room. The curtains and the window need to be changed. The bathroom is outdated. The cleaning is clearly deficient. It’s pathetic.

Very close to casino, OLG stage and restaurants, all within walking distance. Breakfast had lots of options hot and cold, free parking is great as well
