Was close enough to activities but smelled strongly of cleaners and was pretty dated and worn.
Pros:

Close enough to sights- maintenance man Josh went to bat for us and got our room upgraded when the two ‘available’ in our booking classification wouldn’t work.

Cons:

Disorganized put us in a room with broken ac which maintenance had told them not to use - went to a room that smelled like smoke before going back to broken ac while waiting for handyman who when we caught him in the hall had no idea why we were in the room he said not to use -

It was not a relaxing stay with 3 children. This is definitely not a place I’d choose to ever stay with my children.

The coffee was delicious.

Cons:

The room had mold by the shower head and under the caulking in the tub. I had to tighten the shower head because it was spraying everywhere. The overall cleanliness was awful. Not to mention the smell of marijuana was overwhelming and was coming into our room through the door. We will not be coming back to stay at this facility.

I had two rooms. One of the rooms smelled like a wet dog. The other room had ripped furniture and curtains and stains on the sofa cautions. The rooms definitely needs to be updated

Like the hotel but need to work on a few things at $260 a nite for a suite

First night hot water didn’t work lock on room door need some work sofa bed needs to be replaced very low in middle fire alarm went off we had to evacuate at 3 am final got back to room after 4 then it went off 3 times the next morning as well

Cons:

Refrigerator in one of our units wasn’t working. The dishwasher beeped every 2-3 minutes the entire stay. The other unit the tv did not work. We never had hot water for showers in either unit.
A fire alarm went off at 330am, we know this is not the facilities fault, however the next morning breakfast was from 630-930 and was supposed to go to 10. We got down at 940 and everything was put away.

Hotel was OK, staff was meh, parking system awful

Everything was fine, room, pool, location.

Cons:

You have to get online and manage your own parking fee. I accidentally entered one extra day. The staff was very unhelpful. gave me a much copied way to resolve the problem by contacting the external service (Parking Management Company) through its website. I entered my request and also explained the situation through the site's chat feature. After an AI chat, I was told a human would get in touch with me, and that was the end of that. I messaged them four more times and got no help.
In general, the staff was sort of "meh." Not friendly, but not exactly rude either. Sort of not caring. Their lack of help with the parking issue was the worst, as it cost me a day of parking.

Would not recommend for the price.
Pros:

The layout of the room.

Cons:

The room smelled like marijuana. The stuffing was coming out of the door in the bathroom. The toilet ran all night off and on. Water dripping in the tub and not draining properly so left a pool of water. The pillows were the size of a decor pillow and just fluffy no firmness to them.
