We would not stay here again. It ended up costing us extra money with the ruined food, and we had to have maintenance co

It’s a good location. Everything is within a 20 minute drive.

Cons:

We were not impressed with our room. We had the following issues:
- The tub wouldn’t drain. Maintenance did fix it, but they took out a bag full of hair that was clogging up the drain. Very gross.
- We picked a room with a small kitchenette so we could save money and bring our own food. The fridge didn’t work properly. On the lowest setting it completely froze all our fresh food.
With replacing the food we bought, it cost about $80 extra.
- They didn’t provide enough towels or toilet paper and we had to go to the front desk to get more.
- The door to get into the room didn’t work well and it was very difficult to get it open.
- The dishwasher didn’t work and was dirty on the inside.
- You have to pay to park, but they never tell you how much it is. It ended up being $80 for 3 nights.
We tried to talk to management, but they always told us they weren’t there. They gave us a business card, but the email won’t accept any emails.

Highly dissatisfied at the lack of cleanliness and empathy or reimbursement.
Cons:

Dirty bed, dirty kitchen, dirty bathtub. Safety hazard as my 5 year old child opened the window and there was no screen or limit to how far the window opened, which was all the way up and she could have fallen out. Went to the pool and it was full of clumps of black hair throughout the entire pool. One hour after paying and checking in I went to front desk to check out and was denied any sympathy or refunds. Traveled for my birthday and mother’s day to spend it swimming and staying in what I thought was a clean facility. I was not comfortable staying there. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. we had to find and book another hotel at 8pm instead of enjoying our time.

Cons:

Toilet would not flush, sleeper sofa was not returned to usable position, phone did not work. These issues should have been noticed by housekeeping staff!

Really disappointed with how the staff lady handled the situation.

The location, price and lobby were very well kept and reasonable

Cons:

The room itself had mold spots in the bathroom, shower head wasnt connected all the way to the wall and water was leaking from out the wall. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so it was obvious to see where the mold had come from. There was a really big stain on the sofa that was supposed to turn into a bed and it did not look clean.
