Da excelente localizacao do hotel, junto a praia assim como do tamanho do quarto e das facilidades presentes no hotel. Todos os funcionarios foram prontos a responder aos nossos pedidos e mostraram-se sempre disponiveis a colaborar e a ajudar-nos a ter uma excelente estadia.

Cons:

A variedade do buffet disponibilizado pelo restaurante, durante o jantar e o pequeno-almoco poderia ser melhor. Com criancas, a oferta nem sempre foi a mais variada, o que causa algum impacto na escolha da refeicao. Existe a informacao de show cooking, mas durante a nossa estadia nunca tal se verificou - esta oferta poderia minimizar o impacto da oferta menos variada do buffet.
A sala do restaurante precisa de uma renovacao para permitir disponibilizar um ambiente mais luminoso e aberto.

Bien mais ménage à revoir.
Pros:

L’hôtel était beau, chambre bien équipé. Très belle piscine et extérieur. A 5mn de plage.

Cons:

Le ménage était bâclé, les vitres non nettoyé chaque jour, nous avons même trouvé un gros insecte sur le lit. De plus nous étions 4 et chaque jour nous devions réclamé car pas assez de serviette de bain dans la salle de bain pour tous. Un autre point que je n’ai pas aimé c’est le fait de ne pas changer les serviettes de plage chaque jour, très étonnant pour un 4 étoiles et le petit déjeuner n’était pas très bien coté sucré. Les jus étaient coupés à l’eau…

Pros:

La ubicación a la playa estaba bien y las camas eran cómodas. A pesar de coger la habitación sin balcón estaba muy nueva y el baño muy limpio y amplio, nos encantó. La piscina bien, grande y la zona de hamacas y camas muy bien.

Cons:

La ventana pequeña de la habitación no podías ni abrirla porque había muchos bichos. El desayuno poco variado, esperaba más.

Poor value for money

The price point for what you got was extremely poor value for money.
The room had the price tag of a 4 star hotel without the amenities.
2 single beds pushed together, no iron, tiny fridge with no mini bar options, lots of the lights didn’t work or flickered on and off, some plugs didn’t work
Room often wasn’t cleaned when we’d been out all day and got back at 3/4pm.
Staff in general were not accommodating and lacked any hospitality e.g: ignoring us at the pool bar trying to order
drinks or taking bottles of water away from us at breakfast.
The guests very much seemed like an inconvenience to everyone working at the hotel

Overall it is a shame as we don’t leave reviews but felt this hotel really let us down

Pros:

A comida era saborosa e bem confecionada! Tinha variedade suficiente. O staff era super acessível. O quarto era espaçoso e a localização boa. A única desvantagem foi a luz da wc ligar sempre a ventoinha. Estávamos 5 pessoas em suíte. Fazia sempre barulho, o que de noite é chato. Mas é apenas um pormenor!
