Pros:

Very friendly staff and a lovely very clean hotel room. I had a suite with 2 balconies, with fully equipped kitchenette for 60 euros, when Ryanair cancelled my flight. This hotel was a totally unexpected find but I am so glad I did find it. Nice little bar and outdoor pool, lovely and excellent value for money

Pros:

Spotlessly clean and great facilities in the apartment.
Great water pressure in shower
Huge size balcony
Smart tv in living room
Pool is amazing with comfy beds
Huge supermarket nearby
A 20 minute stroll downhill to the beach and restaurants.
Id highly recommend a stay here and less than 5 euro in an uber to alvor for a change of scenery
Wifi was perfect too
Would definitely say a 3 star not a 2 star

Cons:

Liked everything only feedback id give is it would be great if there was a clothes horse in the apartment for drying clothes and maybe tea towels etc in the kictchen

Pros:

The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff were lovely.

Cons:

It was just a tiny bit far away from the bars/restaurants but an UBER was only £2.60. We used to walk down and just UBER back.

Be prepare to eat out
Pros:

The accommodation is self catering advised as four star but rather 2 star. The appament was clean well presented but lacking in utilities there was to meet four but the cutlery was also for four. No slice for the frying pan no bottle opener the cooking facilities area .it had a toaster and two hobs with no instructions on how to use it. A airfryer would have been helpful it seemed they expected you to eat out. There was only two pots but another extras bowl grater sieve would have helped You could not live for a week with children and people spoken with wanted brought what they needed to be self catering.
The TV was small on a table if four people in apartment they could not all see it should be on the wall.
The staff were helpful and if asked provided whereas missing if asked it thins like a jug responders should be there.
The bar serves snacks and a breakfast but we used the cafe around the corner good service great food.

Poor Description about buildings
Pros:

Very bad description of the hotel with Easyjet Holidays and the fact that part of the hotel is a separate unmanned building where you have to cross two roads to reach the main hotel where all the facilities actually are.

Because there aren't any staff on site the roudiness and noise of some guests isn't addressed. All you get is an apology the next day which doesn't help the previous night's lack of sleep.

Studio rooms are very tired and require updating. Our patio door couldn't be locked because the fixed panel had a bracket missing and the maintenance man couldn't repair it when he came. Our front door lock didn't always stay secure either and once even blew open whilst sat on the balcony!

When we were staying they had a weekend of 200 spanish young adults staying on some organised trip in multiple coaches which just increased the situation in evenings with doors slamming, shouting and loud music playing .

If booking I'd suggest ensuring you are booked into the main complex as opposed to the unstaffed one across the roads.
