A wonderful and relaxing stay—I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.
Pros:

The swimming pool was beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained. The pool staff were outstanding and made me feel like I was at home. I would especially like to thank Mohammed, Mousa, Rashad, Ayman, and the rest of the team whose names I unfortunately cannot remember. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality made my stay truly special. The hotel’s location is excellent, the room was spotless, and all the amenities I needed were available. Overall, everything was comfortable and well organized.

Cons:

The only area that could be improved is the soundproofing in the rooms. Occasionally, outside noise could be heard, but overall, I still had a very pleasant stay.

ממליצה בחום על המלון!

מיקום מושלם – ממש במרכז העיר, על הרחוב הראשי, במרחק הליכה קצר מהטיילת. מחוץ למלון תמצאו סופרמרקט גדול, מסעדות ובתי קפה, כך שהכול נגיש ונוח.

הבריכה גדולה, מטופחת ומהנה, והצוות כולו אדיב, מקצועי ושירותי.

הגענו כמשפחה מורחבת, וכולנו נהנינו מחופשה נפלאה. כבר ביום הראשון גילינו שטעינו בהזמנה וחלק מהחדרים הוזמנו לתאריכים אחרים. מנהלת הקבלה, נטליה, הייתה פשוט יוצאת מן הכלל – היא הרגיעה אותנו, טיפלה בנושא במהירות ובמקצועיות, ודאגה לנו לשני חדרים נוספים במחיר מוזל.

תודה גדולה לנטליה ולכל צוות המלון על השירות החם, האכפתי והמקצועי. אין ספק שנשמח לחזור שוב!

Pros:

Отличная зона бассейна, все новое, красивое, много места, сотрудники очень дружелюбные и внимательные, особенно спасатели у бассейна и на завтраке . Завтрак вполне приятный

Cons:

Номер реновирован, он ок, но шумоизоляция плохая. В первую ночь мы не могли уснуть , тк до 12 на улице в микрофон что-тт кричали. Отель прямо на центральной улице, это ожидаемо. А на второй день ночью заехали какие-то люди ночью, и они просто разговаривали в своем номере, но слышно было, будто прямо за дверью .
