Not what we expected
Pros:

I liked the location its close to everything.

Cons:

We paid a premium price for what was supposed to be a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, based on my experience travelling frequently for work and staying in hotels around the world, I would rate this hotel closer to 2–3 stars compared to other 4-star properties.

The room was below average. We were given single beds, despite having clearly indicated when booking that we were a couple. The beds also only had sheets rather than proper covers. On top of that, the room was very noisy at night, even though we specifically requested a quiet room.

I also found some of the staff interactions quite unpleasant. For example, I was asked, “Where are you going?” in a rather rude manner while I was simply making my way to the bathroom. These small interactions made the overall experience less welcoming than expected.

As for the breakfast, I was expecting to see more traditional Cypriot food. Instead, the selection was largely focused on an English-style breakfast, which was disappointing and not what I had expected from a stay in Cyprus.

Paying almost €1,500 for five nights and having a below-average experience was certainly not what we expected. I appreciate that hotel standards may vary from country to country, and perhaps this is considered acceptable for a 4-star hotel in Cyprus, but unfortunately, the hotel did not meet the standard or expectations I would normally associate with a 4-star property.

Overall, I expected much more for the price we paid and was left quite disappointed with the experience.

המיקום מושלם ובריכות יפות, צוות המטבח נחמד ואדיב

Cons:

צוות לא נעים מנהלת קבלה עם דיבור מזלזל, לא נתנו לנו להכניס אוכל לילדים לחדרים במלון, אין שקעים ליד המיטות,היינו באיזור עם חדרים לא חדישים, לא נתנו להחליף מגבת שוב במהלך היום, היה יום שלא החליפו מגבות ובאופן כללי מגבות קרועות ובלויות.
כעסו על הילדים שעלו בבגד ים במעלית(לא רטובים) וגם כשבאנו לדבר בקבלה קיבלנו יחס מזלזל ומשפיל.

ענה על כל הצרכים שלנו. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטובה, צוות סופר אדיב ,נתן מענה לכל מה שביקשנו. הבריכה נקייה, נעימה, אוירה טובה. מגבות נקיות זמינות בכל יום. המיקום מצויין, קרוב לחוף ים שבו מצאנו מלא אטרקציות ימיות, יש מלא מסעדות מסביב, טברנה מצויינת ופארק שעשועים קרוב מאוד.
בקיצור היה מדהים!!
