Sone facilities were not working in the room
Accessible, clean, basic room serviced daily (towels, sheets, bins etc. as needed or requested). Reception staff were friendly, helpful and smiling. Housekeeping staff and standards were hard to fault.
Buffet breakfast was expensive. Its an older building and my suite, though generous, needs some TLC (paint, decor, bathroom basin & vanity, doors to bathroom& shower clash. ‘Kitchen’ is way too basic and needs repair and/or updating. (Cabinet doors don’t function well.)

Parking out the front in order to check in was limited and not marked out great . Everyone's doors close really heavy and loud on the floor and you can hear every time someone let's it swing shut.

Location was good and good selections at breakfast.
Our queen room was really depressing - small, drab decor, no outlook and very poor lighting. Staff not that welcoming, especially man at entrance to breakfast room - a smile goes a long way!
To be honest, it met our expectations.. we just needed somewhere to stay for the night when we were seeing a concert in Perth and it was nothing special but it was nice and clean and I would stay there again
We found the room to have a bit cold and I had to go down to Reception to get a heater but that made it all better

Hallway and doors a bit outdated with peeling paint.
The hotel did the job .The location is pretty good. The whole place is a bit old and tired and needs a revamp.
The bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was just ok and the coffee wasnt great.
