Pros:

The location was great and the bed was comfortable. We also liked that there was parking available although you had to pay extra for that

Cons:

There was no heating. The air-conditioning is a very old system and it only blew cold air. The extra blanket in the room looked dirty and was covered in human hair. The water pressure in the shower couldn't be regulated easily. The room had an unpleasant smell

Good location, nice staff, reasonable parking but a bit lacking in detail.
Pros:

Excellent location in the cbd in walking distance of shops,good restaurants, transport,Optus stadium.
Room was spacious and clean but is dated.

Cons:

Only kitchen items provided in room was two cups and a teaspoon. There were no plates, bowls, knives, forks spoons for you to do your own thing eating at any time. As such the provision of a microwave oven seemed a complete waste of time. Kettle for hot water was only useful item.
I know it’s a HOTEL room but I still would have expected a few basic items.

Good location and renovated rooms
Pros:

Nicely renovated rooms, good breakfast, excellent location (easy walking distance to CBD and free buses into city or Kings Park from outside the hotel), staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room was cold at night (centrally heated with no option to control the temperature); hallway to our room had dirty walls and doors which gave the hotel an uncared for appearance.

Will put up with it because it’s cheap
Cons:

Noise from every other door on the floor slamming shut all night. Something loose on the outside of the building banged around all night. Breakfast was very poor. Go around the corner to a delish cafe that is cheaper than the continental breakie.

This is my ‘go to’ hotel for Perth visits.
Pros:

I love the location, the room size and always find the staff super helpful. Whilst the restaurant only offers breakfast, there is a nice restaurant directly across the street that offers a wonderful evening menu.

It’s a short walk to the CBD, big room, great breakfast and amazing staff.
Pros:

I stay here often when in Perth and always enjoy it. The rooms are much bigger than most hotel rooms.

Cons:

There is nothing I didn’t like.
