A pesar de que llegue al alojamiento y pague mis noches de estancia por adelantado igualmente cargaron una garantía a mi tarjeta de creído por una supuesta garantía que nunca me fue consultada ni autorizada por mi, luego al consultar se me fue devuelta la garantía pero la reverso duró unos minutos y me el hotel la volvió a cargar señalando que nuevamente era responsabilidad en el banco el banco señaló que no comercio tiene hasta 15 días para la reverso y el banco dice lo contrario
El mal uso de los datos bancarios que se dispone en clave de confianza y que se usan de manera inconsulta, la encargada muy poco amable y resolutiva
El personal muy atento
El personal de cafetería en la tarde, muy amable.
El personal del desayuno, si bien es amable en sus respuestas, deja el puesto de trabajo y uno no sabe con quién hablar.
Solicité una habitación con vista y aun cuando indica que las ventanas están isonorizadas y sin tener el aire prendido, se escuchaba el ruido de un aire acondicionado, imagino que de las habitaciones de al lado.
Los recepcionistas eran indiferentes, todo el rato con la cabeza agachada, por lo que costaba saludarlos.
Mi habitación era la 302.
Desayuno muy completo y a la altura de una estadía muy acogedora por la preocupación de las necesidades de cada pasajero 👌 resaltó excelente gastronomía y repostería 👏
La verdad fue muy poca estadía pero me dieron ganas de regresar.. Gracias

Una habitación bastante amplia
no hay preocupación por los alimentos del desayuno que es PAGADO por separado, en mi caso pedí huevos y estos estaban descompuestos, pan añejo, fruta de mala calidad. y por lo demás es bastante caro para lo que ofrecen.
